“Blown away by the amazing customer service! I ordered a bed ready for my moving date and then this got delayed, I called Happy Beds and they were so helpful they held the bed for me, then once I had a moving date they delivered the bed the next day!! The bed is really good quality, easy to follow instructions and a very comfy mattress! Will be ordering again sound. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation a little easier 🙂”

“Sophie was very courteous and efficient dealing with returning the mattress we ordered, which unfortunately couldn't get through our stairway. She also arranged the refund very swiftly. I only wish the courier cost could be less....”

“I am extremely happy with the service and the bed that I ordered it was better than I expected I was also delighted with the service I received from chloe and aimed in regards to the error I made in ordering two mattresses instead of just the one the order was cancelled immediately even though delivery was next day and refunded within 2 days”

“So happy with my son’s new bed. Arrived in literally two days after I ordered and was fairly straight forward to put together. The delivery men were really polite and friendly. I’d definitely pay for the specific room drop. They took it up in literally minutes. It would have taken me forever. Big thank you to Sophie who supplied me with a new handle as it was an Ottoman bed, as I my mistakenly threw the original away. Really great company and staff”
