“Although there was delivery issue resulting in a 1 day delay, happy bed where prompt to respond to my request for the delivery charge to be refunded- thank you to Aimee for being so helpful. My son absolutely loves his new bed! Sturdy, attractive and relatively straightforward to build (I think! As I left it mainly to my husband!) Overall a great experience.”

“The bed I brought was amazing quality, great price and very sturdy (I was surprised) I recently had to contact customer service re another purchase… Kyi was very helpful and so kind and understanding to my situation. “I had an issue with the payment card I had to use for a work client today. Aimee contacted me very quickly by phone and email to flag up the problem and then helped me resolve it simply and quickly with no impact on our client. Stress free transaction. Perfect!”

“Ordered a bed for our granddaughter which also contained a guest bed. The delivery was on time, but when the bed was unpacked it was found that some parts were damaged. Contacted Happy beds, where Amiee after seen photos took control and arranged for new parts to be dispatched.”

“We decided to order from Happy Beds because we really liked the bed and it was cheaper than the other beds we saw in high street shops. The delivery was fast and the bed seemed easy to assemble. However, half way through we realised that one of the side rails for the box frame was faulty as it had no components to drill the screws in. We were extremely disappointed and regretted ordering online. Luckily, we were able to get an immediate response from Amiee from customer services and she ordered a new part for us straight away. We were impressed with how quickly she responded to our emails and felt reassured that this matter will be dealt with. As promised, the new part arrived within 4 working days and we are now thrilled with our new bed. Thank you Happy Beds!!”

“This was a slick, efficient process from ordering the mattress to its delivery. The product is exactly as described and has certainly helped my back pain. Delivery was great - we were kept informed by the deliverers and the mattress arrived on time. I would definitely use the firm again. Many thanks”

“Packages arrived on time, my only issue was that the boxes (being 5 in total) where not clearly marked, so we didn't know which box had the instructions in. We printed some paperwork after asking Happybeds to email us with the instructions. Unfortunately it was the last box that we opened. Our lack of experience building flatpack furniture meant that it took myself and my husband approx 10 hours to build over 2.5 days. The end result was worth it though, our child is extremely pleased with his new bed. The quality is very good and the bed is very strudy.”

“I have given a 4 out of 5 just because nobody has actually slept in the bed yet as it is in our guest room but the look and feel is just what I wanted. I bought the ottoman bed and Bamboo mattress and so far very happy with both. Took a few hours for my husband and myself to assemble the bed but well happy with the finished result. Very easy ordering on line , great prices and spot on delivery. Would definitely recommend and order from again in the future.”
