“Some of my order was incorrect (storage drawer on wrong side of bed) and also a broken drawer runner. Mistakes and breakage happen, it is how the company responds that counts. I was very pleased with the response of the people in customer service, Aimee, Liv and Jack. They offered a couple of options. I decided on a replacement for the broken runner and a part refund for the unit with the drawer on the wrong side, which we decided to keep.”

“I was travelling from overseas when I had some issues with my delivery dates. Aimee was able to sort this out for me via email with the delivery date that I wanted and put me at ease. Thanks Aimee :)”

“Helpful email back from Aimee telling me she would be able to send me the fabric swatches. This is good news and it will reassure me about whether the bed is the right bed for me or not. 4 stars and not 5 as I haven't got the swatches yet, so fingers crossed they do turn up.”

“First set of bunk beds became faulty and Happy Beds arranged a pick up and refund and was able to order a new bed which is perfect so far. Aimee Sophie and Chloe provided a great communication”

“Needed to add a mattress to my original order, quick and efficient on the telephone, following an email from Lizzy. Now ordered and added and will be looking forward to delivery. I asked about instructions for the bunk beds I had ordered just in case I needed extra tools!!! Lizzy and Olivia added them to the email confirmation. Hope the delivery and assembly goes as smoothly! Thank you Lizzy and Olivia.”

“I found myself needing to return a mattress after contacting Happy Beds the process was made very easy. The only downside has been how long I have had to keep the mattress before collection. Aimee and Jack Thank you for your help in resolving things for me.”
