“Would like to thank both Aimee and Kyi in customer service for their help with our order and return. The mattress we ordered - we needed to return. Aimee and Kyi helped us and gave great communication and instruction on the return policy. Would have given 5 stars however, Regarding the return policy, note people you have to return the mattress yourself. We are very grateful to all involved in helping us return the mattress. Once mattress received back at Happy Beds we received our refund. Thanks to all”

“Delivered very promptly and delivery drivers were helpful. Unfortunately one of the slats was missing from the order, however Aimee at the customer service team has been very responsive and helpful at dealing with the issue and the replacement slat should be on its way with us shortly.”

“I ordered a mattress. It arrived on time and looked very comfortable and generally well-made. However, unfortunately it did have a small tear in it, which was quite disappointing as it was my first experience of buying a mattress online. That being said, Aimee, the person who I managed to get in touch with regarding the issue, was very compassionate and apologetic in her response. She arranged a prompt collection from my home, and issued a full refund straight after. So in that aspect, the customer service was brilliant and I really don’t have any complaints whatsoever. I understand that these things can happen (I probably just had bad luck), and I suppose I’d be willing to try buying from them again as the product was of good quality and the company themselves seemed very professional, at least that’s the impression that Aimee gave off. I believe they redeemed themselves for the 5/5 because of their quick and easy collection/refund. Good company overall. (P.S. the delivery drivers were very kind too)”

“I’m quite impressed by the customer service when I called to discuss returning the item. Aimee explained the process very helpfully and within a few minutes I got an email from Sophie with more information which made the process of return quite smooth. It’s a shame the product did not suit my needs and the delivery driver couldn’t take the item back rather than doing it separately.”

“Brilliant customer service from Caroline and Aimee whilst arranging delivery. Construction went well however, some of the pre-drilled holes for the screws on the frame didn't quite match up. Despite this, a good sturdy bed. Looking forward to jumping in it later 😀”

“I ordered a new ottoman bed which was delivered slightly damaged. It wasn't cheap, so I called customer service and they were so apologetic and have really tried their best to get me a discount. The process was quick, easy and friendly. Aimee was amazing! Thank you -x-”

“Very happy with the bed and mattress purchased from Happy Beds. We discovered a damaged section when we unpacked the bed, and started to assemble it. Aimee in Customer Services soon resolved this - she arranged for a replacement part to be sent out, and we are expecting this in the next few days. The courier firm used were also very helpful - sending an estimated time of arrival the night before delivery day, and then calling me when they were an hour away. Most helpful, and often not the service I have received from other furniture companies.”

“I have bought 2 beds from happy beds now. The first being a high sleeper & second being an ottoman. Deliveries were great, communication was great. I did have a particular problem with the ottoman though where some of the smaller parts were placed inside the zip on the back of the headboard. This weight made the zip break & it now flops down. I contacted happy beds. Amiee from happy beds was super helpful, kind, professional & understanding. Unfortunately it couldn’t be replaced but I got a small refund of £22.95 & I will see if I can find someone to fix or replace the zip/material. I would not hesitate to buy again from happy beds & recommend them. Their customer service is top notch. Their prices are very competitive & quality is great.”

“Lovely bed, although a little tricky to set up but we got there. We had an issue with the delivery drivers scuffing our mattress but Aimee from happy beds helped us massively with a reasonable discount - thanks again”

“I bought a bunk bed and it came on time. The kids love the bunk bed. One of the woods was damaged and I contacted the customer team. Amiee and Chloe were really helpful and sent a replacement. I must say the customer service was spot on.”
