Quick delivery, good quality mattress, but it’s a bit on the harder side rather than medium.

Unfortunately had to cancel the order due to some reason, used online option to cancel request. Got confirmation of cancellation next day... Waiting for refund, hence 4 star... Will happily rate 5 star for support if refund is processed in time.

I just recieved my Brandon ottoman bed frame and I am very pleased with my new bed, it's a lot higher and sturdier than I expected which is great. There was initially a small manufacturing issue which meant I had to have the headboard replaced but jack was great at organising a replacement exchange scheduled for a week later. Currently waiting for the new headboard to arrive but so far very pleased with the product.

Ordering was easy and there was plenty of notification regarding delivery. There was an issue with the actual product but Jack and Sophie from Customer Service dealt with the matter promptly and satisfactorily. Thank you.

Ordered 2 beds for our children. They are good solid beds and we’re easy to put together. Unfortunately a couple of the drawer fronts were split, but customer services were easy to deal with and Jack arranged for replacements to be sent out promptly.

A part of the bed was damaged - there was a crack in the wood. I appreciated Aimee's help in arranging for a replacement part to be sent.

Nice quality bed easy to assemble and prompt and efficient customer service from Aimee who sent us a replacement bed slat straight away when one of them broke on the upper bunk bed.

I had an issue with the third party delivery company ( Panther ) which then were not overly concerned with solving. I then called Happy Beds to relay my frustration and to try and resolve the matter. I spoke with Olivia (Liv) who listened carefully and began to find a way through the problem. She took he time and her responses seemed considered and thought through. After taking in my conversation she went away to look for solutions. Ultimately after a few more minutes of further conversation with got to a point were an acceptable outcome could be reached. On top of that Liv emailed me all the options available to me and I was able to read through and correspond back to her with my decision. In short I was so frustrated with Panther I was calling to cancel the order and make alternative plans but Liv's professionalism and empathy toward the issue got me to reconsider. Thank you

When I placed the order Happy Beds said delivery would be next day so I moved an appointment to be at home for the delivery. Then I got an e mail from the courier saying they would deliver the day after (the day I had moved my appointment from) so had to re-arrange delivery for 3 days after originally promised by Happy Beds. I live in a remote location where large trucks cannot access and would have liked to discuss this with Happy Beds but alas could not find any telephone contact. Aimee phoned on the day originally promised by Happy Beds and explained that there is a telephone No. but it is concealed. As a pensioner I am sure that there are others in my age group who would be put off from purchasing from a company where it is not easy to talk to a real person. You could be losing a lot of business. That said Aimee was very polite and helpful - a credit to Happy Beds ....if you can find how to talk to her.

Bed was delivered with some damage that had occurred during transportation. However, great service provided by Aimee, who responded to the report quickly and immediately arranged for replacement to be delivered.
