“Requested a swatch from happy beds and Aimee answered my email very promptly to say it was being sent to me - when i had another query re delivery she immediately came back with all the info i needed. Top marks to Aimee for her customer service and being so quick in replying to me. Thank you.”

“Some of my order was incorrect (storage drawer on wrong side of bed) and also a broken drawer runner. Mistakes and breakage happen, it is how the company responds that counts. I was very pleased with the response of the people in customer service, Aimee, Liv and Jack. They offered a couple of options. I decided on a replacement for the broken runner and a part refund for the unit with the drawer on the wrong side, which we decided to keep.”

“I was travelling from overseas when I had some issues with my delivery dates. Aimee was able to sort this out for me via email with the delivery date that I wanted and put me at ease. Thanks Aimee :)”

“I have just had the most incredible customer service from Olivia at Happy Beds. I placed an order on behalf of my daughter but made a mistake with the house number, putting next doors number in mistake. The delivery team refused to deliver and took the bed away even though we could show email proof of purchase and knew the security code. I phoned Happy Beds to ask if I could have a refund on the bed but Olivia instead arranged for re-delivery at their cost and liaised with my daughter to arrange a time convenient for her. Olivia and Happy Beds went over and above considering the error was entirely mine. Customer service is personal, very quick to answer, you get to speak to someone and they sort the issue out. What more can you ask for in a company and their team? Many thanks Olivia.”

“Had a an issue with a gas piston becoming damaged after a month, reached out to customer service and had a swift response and replacement sent out to me ASAP. Aimee and Liv were great at assisting with getting this all sorted for me”

“We were very satisfied with our Tv bed until we tried mounting the TV. The standard mounting frame didn’t fit our new TV’s mounting specifications. But after speaking to Aimee in customer services, she quickly spoke to their technical department and sent us an adaptor plate. Great service throughout from Aimee”
