“The customer service is definitely 5 star, the items I purchased are also very good quality & easy to assemble. I experienced delivery issues & damage encountered in transportation, Aimme & Lizzy swiftly ammended these issues with no fuss or drama. “I emailed customer services with a delivery query as I wanted to purchase a beautiful bed frame but will not be moving in until September, so I wanted to know if I purchased the bed frame, which was at an amazing price, could it be delivery to my new address in September. Aimee replied the next morning to let me know that delivery in September will be free. Even better. I have just bought the bed. Thank you Aimee for you quick response in this matter.”

“A strange review but here goes.
