“Helpful email back from Aimee telling me she would be able to send me the fabric swatches. This is good news and it will reassure me about whether the bed is the right bed for me or not. 4 stars and not 5 as I haven't got the swatches yet, so fingers crossed they do turn up.”

“Amazing customer service, i was missing my bottom boards for the drawers contacted customer service were Aimee was there to assist with Mt query. communication promt Aimee was very helpful with my query happy to assist responded efficiently to my emails and resolved my issue”

“Our bed arrived with a damaged headboard, we immediately contacted Happy Beds and Olivia and Aimee promptly dealt with it. We have been given a delivery date for the damaged item and could ask no more from the office staff.”

“After shopping around, we purchased both a divan bed and wooden frame bed as well as the mattresses from Happy Beds. Overall a good experience with the goods arriving quickly with delivery communication excellent. After delivery we did find a slight issue with one of the divan bases however this was dealt with very well by Aimee & Jack. Despite this, would not hesitate in ordering again from Happy Beds.”

“The customer service is definitely 5 star, the items I purchased are also very good quality & easy to assemble. I experienced delivery issues & damage encountered in transportation, Aimme & Lizzy swiftly ammended these issues with no fuss or drama.
