“I had purchased a bed from happy beds and had to cancel unfortunately as the bed was to big.The lady I spoken to was so understanding and canceled my order asap without trying to make me keep the order like most places do she issued a refund and was very polite and helpful.”

“I had 2 beds delivered and a mattress. One part was damaged in transit and another broke on me during building. Customer service in getting this resolved by Jack, Sophie and Aimee was top notch. Gives me complete confidence to buy again should I need to.”

“Thank you Aimee and Olivia for your support with my issue: one out of 5 items of an ottoman bed ordered came broken. I was assisted quickly and effectively, I got clear instructions of what I need to do and I got the replacement in 2 working days. Aimee and Olivia could not be more helpful.”

“Delivery people were very helpful they ring you on the day several times to ensure the item is delivered Unfortunately I had an issue with my mattress as their was a stain (as it was raining that day) but Aimee and Jack responded in a timely manner and offered 3 options, one of which was a discount off the overall price. Overall quick responses and helpful”

“My son has had a happy bed for 5 years, which may I add is amazing and we’ve had 0 problems! Yesterday I’d messaged as I’d misplaced the instructions manual, Aimee came to the rescue and managed to source the manual for me! Her customer service was excellent!”

“I ordered a chest of drawers and the day before delivery I had to change the delivery address. I contacted Happy Beds and spoke to Olivia she was so helpful and got the address changed straight away. Thank you Olivia.”

“A big thank you to Liv...who helped me sort out a change to my order..I had ordered the wrong mattress. I followed the contact Us page instructions and Liv got back to me.less rhan 24 hours later to confirm my order had been changed and would still be delivered on the same original delivery date. “I should leave no stars! Completely and utterly failed to withhold their promise of delivery on said date! Day was agreed in plenty of time but they failed to load it onto the van. I wonder if they had it at all at time of purchase. Worse still if they did and simply forgot to include it. I was then told they would try to get it to me on the following day and later told the time slot had been missed! Missed by who? It was there mistake in the first place that the promise wasn’t kept and should automatically have been given slot for the next day. So I’m still waiting for this bed and therefore I’d not recommend buying from them.”

“Love the bed…slightly disappointed as I thought there was a base to the ottoman part but that was my error. Couldn’t initially locate the assembly instructions but Aimee at Happy Beds responded to my email quickly, attaching the instructions. Great service”
