“Absolutely amazing customer service. Very responsive, timely and helpful. We got two children’s beds and one was damaged during delivery. Aimee was helpful and gave some options and we went with replacement solution which will take 5 days. Very happy with their product and customer service”

“I emailed to advise that we had received our bunk beds but had several damages. We were very impressed with the customer service & Aimee the replacements were actioned immediately and will be delivered directly to our home. “I had a fault with the bed which I reported. Aimee was super prompt in responding and helping me resolve the issue. I was hesitant about the whole process of asking to fix the problem, was expecting back and forth emails but to my surprise this was so quick and easily resolved with very little stress. I am pleased with the service Aimee has provided!! Thank you Aimee!”
