“I sent an email yesterday and Aimee has already amended my items and sent me an email today. I realised I had ordered x2 bunk beds instead of x1 and an extra mattress. Great Customer service so far thanks to Aimee!”

“I ordered a bed yesterday without asking my wife. But my wife didn't like the bed. I had to send an e-mail to Happy Beds to cancel the bed order. Happy Beds (Aimee) responded to my mail very quickly. She said my excuse was understandable and canceled right away. I was very happy that she responded very quickly and fulfilled the cancellation I requested without any problems. I was also happy for the polite and respectful language she used in the e-mail she sent me. A big thank you to Aimee and her teammates.”

“I called customer service today regarding a query with my delivery and a lovely advisor called Liv dealt with my call so quickly and efficiently, fantastic customer service. I received an email confirmation moments later and the matter has been fully resolved. Thank you very much, so pleased with the service and looking forward to my delivery.”

“I purchased a bunk bed from happy beds and I am very happy with the product .. the bottom bunk has a draw underneath and the front of the draw came off whilst I was pulling it out to get something. So I emailed happy beds and there service was brilliant and quick . And very friendly . And they are Sending a new draw out .. no messing just had to provide photographic evidence.. 100% recommend happy beds”

“I made a pigs ear of installing hinges and needed replacements- nowhere to be found- Aimeee answered my email quickly and routed through the warehouse! Boom 4 new hinges free of charge.. and one saved marriage! PS bed is fantastic!”
