“We received our sons new bed in a very timely manner, I was unable to unpack and assemble the bed straight away. When unpacking the bed I found that there had been some damage to one of the panels supplied. I contacted Happy Beds straight away which also happened to be a Saturday afternoon, to my surprise they replied within the hour offering to courier a replacement panel pack within 5days. The damage did not effect the function of the panel so I suggested a small monetary gesture instead which they offered and I Happily accepted. Thank You Happy Beds”

“I just recieved my Brandon ottoman bed frame and I am very pleased with my new bed, it's a lot higher and sturdier than I expected which is great. There was initially a small manufacturing issue which meant I had to have the headboard replaced but jack was great at organising a replacement exchange scheduled for a week later. Currently waiting for the new headboard to arrive but so far very pleased with the product.”

“Happy customer here! I have had two beds from Happy Beds over the past two years and both have been great. Quick delivery and when I needed a copy of the instructions for a bed we brought two years ago Jack was great and sent a copy straight over.”

“I ordered a mattress from happy beds and I had to email because I wasn’t in when it got delivered (my fault) Melissa checked on the progress and advised when it would be out for delivery again and then I had an email from Sophie to say she was happy that it had been delivered, it was very good service from both, quick and easy to get a response and brilliant of them to keep an eye on it afterwards, thanks girls ☺️”

“I would like to say a big thank you to Sophie Melissa Jack and Lizzy in customer service who helped me with a problem that I had with a bed. I didn’t have my order number or any paperwork after 4 years but it was soon sorted and the part that I needed was sent straight out to me. I will definitely use Happy Beds again and highly recommended them.”

“Made a mistake to my order, needed an early delivery date, but had no clue what to do. Phoned the customer service, Lizzy was the one who dealt with my phone call, and she’s just brilliant. Helped me sort out all the problems, and changed to a date just I needed, such a star! Great customer service!”
