“Just wanted to say a big thank you to the team at Happy Beds... As a returning customer the mattresses i tend to purchase are of good quality and excellent value, which is the signature range. Again I have bought from this store on numerous occasions and always been dealt with swiftly and professionally big thank you to Liv,Sophie and the rest of the team..”

“Unfortunately our item was damaged in several areas. Though the packaging and delivery was first class. However the customer service was brilliant. Sophie helped deal with my enquiry being very quick with her responses and keeping me updated each time. She understood my reasonings and was most helpful. I was offered a full refund in exchange for disposing of the bed at my recycling centre. This was most satisfactory and i have now ordered my bed elsewhere. Shame about the bed as was a good price and nice bed had it not been damaged, but overall happy with the service received. Thankyou for your help sophie.”

“Excellent customer service from Melissa, Sophie and Jack at Happy Beds. We had a damaged sofa bed delivered and there was no issue whatsoever in arranging a replacement. Any emails I sent were replied to straight away which was fabulous! Our replacement was spot on and delivered very quickly. Highly recommend this company.”

“This company seek garbage products made from cheap chipboard and send out damaged beds with missing parts and when you try to complain and send it back they make it so awkward for you and leave you hanging for days on end with giant boxes taking up your house saying they are waiting in the manufacturer to get back to them. Never buy from them. They are the worst.”
