This company seek garbage products made from cheap chipboard and send out damaged beds with missing parts and when you try to complain and send it back they make it so awkward for you and leave you hanging for days on end with giant boxes taking up your house saying they are waiting in the manufacturer to get back to them. Never buy from them. They are the worst.

Ordered a "Tuscan White Wooden Staircase Bunk Bed". Scheduled it to arrive the day before our childrens birthday, so we could take their room apart and set it up on their birthday whilst at school. We arranged this a month in advance, paying extra for the named day delivery - and checked a few days in advance to ensure all was on track and was assured it was. We got a 2 hour timeslot the night before from Pather Logistics, but upon checking the tracking the next morning it said 'Delivery Unsuccessful' due to incorrect weights and dimensions. I chased it numerous times for hours, only to be told it wouldn't be delivered - wasting a day off spent at home to receive it. Was then told it would be arriving the following day, and they would try and prioritise delivery - only to watch it circle around us nearby for hours until it turned up in the afternoon, so we had to spend almost all of our childrens birthday in chaos and unable to celebrate due to HappyBeds and Panther Logistics letting us down. Also - it states it takes 2 hours for 2 people to assemble it. Absolute nonsense, it takes at least 8 to 10 hours. It can't be assembled in position as you need to access all around it, and it weighs almost 200kg (~30stone) so required even more people to move it finally into position. We are happy with the bed now - it's just a shame for the failed delivery, wasted time and a spoiled birthday. Lizzy and Livia were very friendly and helpful, but that doesn't help when the compay can't deliver as agreed. Be wary of purchasing if you need it on a specific date. Also be mindful it takes a LOT longer than specified to assemble. The bunk bed itself is great and the kids love it. It is very sturdy and just what we wanted. If it wasn't for the poor delivery and assembly experience meaning we weren't able to celebrate our childrens birthday until the day after due to the delivery shambles and having to have a bed assembled on their birthday to sleep in, this would be a 5 star review. HappyBeds - sort our your delivery company, as they are costing you poor reviews. Your team and the bed are great, the delivery let you and us down. The order number is #1000507021 to save HappyBeds saying they can't identify the order, which seems to happen on most reviews here.

Have had a mixed experience with Happy Beds and so was thankful to have a good customer service agent to support me. The quality of the bed and mattress themselves don't seem to be the highest, with a few loose threads on the headboard and a slight tear in the mattress seam, but not enough to warrant returning and for the overall price I suppose I can't complain too much. Frustratingly, 3 parts that appeared to be missing had actually been packaged in the headboard but with no mention of this in the manual, and which weren't discovered until the following day after contacting customer services. I appreciate this fault lies more with the manufacturer, but is something that has hopefully been fed back as I can't be the only person to have been confused by this. I had also initially been told the bed and mattress would be delivered separately, then told these would come together by the same courier, but in fact actually did arrive separately. Fortunately someone was in to receive both but communication around this wasn't the best. I have to say though that Chantal who dealt with my queries was very understanding and pleasant, so thank you Chantal for being helpful and making things easier on the whole. While I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend Happy Beds, it's fair to say they do offer reasonably priced beds and mattresses with a helpful team to support a less than perfect logistical operation.

What a great company service sales and goods all excellent ! I purchased a white divan bed and matching headboard on delivery my headboard had a dirty mark on the corner i emailed and Jack arranged a new headboard to be sent what fantastic aftersales I would recommend this company for its price quality sales and aftersales what a great company! Thank you Jack 😍

Lizzy's customer service has been exceptional throughout, very rare nowadays that you'll find someone who will go above and beyond but I'm very happy with the outcome. She resolved any issues I had quickly and efficiently.

Returning customer for a quality gaming desk, our son loved his used for twin screens, laptop, external keyboard & mouse with enough room to do homework so purchased another for our daughter. Delivery and quality all perfect. Liv in customer services was also quick to respond and informative.

I ordered both a mattress and a bed on different days. I e-mailed requesting them to be delivered together. Within minutes I received a phone call from Sophie {she had not received my message } offering me an option of one delivery for both. She was polite and told me she had seen my orders but not the request. She was offering before I asked exactly what I was requesting.Full marks for her iniitcitive in responding thank you Eileen Brown.
