“Quality ottoman small double bed purchased for reasonable price. Kept informed of delivery date and time. Delivered as planned and placed in room of choice. When part found to be missing Aimee from customer service dept was quick to reply and send missing part out. Would recommend.”

“Made a stupid mistake when ordering and the desks were too big for where they needed to go! I contacted them this morning and they’ve cancelled the delivery even though it’s all ready been sent out and they’ve processed my refund. Thank you so much Lizzy, you’re a star! I have bought a bed off them in the past and that was great quality.”

“Ridiculous they take your money they expect you ti get a email to find out your delivery expectations but not guaranteed to then go on line once you have stayed in until they got you in and once delivered to get instruction to complete your design on the objects you ordered on line if you have any disabilities ring them and you get can’t help you ring a courier to send back customer care of course unless you are mathematically or into constructed your bed Bet it takes longer than you think!”

“Purchased a new bed for my daughter a few weeks ago with a specific date requested for delivery as we were moving in to a new home. Easy enough ordering online. Delivery was good, they called 45 minutes ahead of time. Hit a slight issue but was dealt with quickly by Jack in the office who was great throughout.”

“Unfortunately had to cancel the order due to some reason, used online option to cancel request. Got confirmation of cancellation next day... Waiting for refund, hence 4 star... Will happily rate 5 star for support if refund is processed in time.”
