“Awful company and mattress quality - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I bought a king size mattress about 2 months ago, and it's already sunk in the middle. They are voiding my warranty because apparently i was supposed to flip the mattress every week for 6 weeks and every 6 weeks thereafter?! Have i bought a mattress or a pillow? Their so called Platinum mattress quality is actually rubbish. DO NOT USE THEM - their so called warranty is a lie.”

“I ordered a daybed and mattress for my guest room. End to end service was great. There was an issue with one part of delivery missing but both the courier and Jack in Happy Beds customer service were amazing. Jack kept me updated at all times and swiftly arranged delivery of the missing item. Quality of bed great and customer service even better. Would highly recommend.”

“I've ordered a single bed for my son, but after arived I have realised that would not fit in the space I have for it. I've contacted customer service and explained the situation and they've said to organise the returning ifi haven't opened the original package,which I didn't. They've received it and now I'm waiting for the refund. Thank you”

“Had to urgently order a new bed after previous provider had badly let me down. Called up after ordering online to see if I could get delivery any earlier than quoted online and Liv was absolutely brilliant at making this happen. She made my day and saved my sanity by being so kind and supportive and finding a solution!”
