“Aimee and Olivia were both excellent. I had an issue due to a faulty bar - and they were both very helpful in explaining the process I had to follow in order to sort the issue. Both were very polite and friendly and are a credit to your company! Thanks so much.”

“I received my bed from Happy Beds, extremely impressed with quality. Unfortunately I made a mistake on my side and contacted them. I was in contact with Aimee, she replied to me promptly and assured me that I could get the pieces I damaged. Extremely happy with this company and I highly recommend it. Thank you Aimee for all your help.”

“We are really happy with the bunk bed we ordered. Jack was great when I contacted customer services, as I'd ordered the wrong colour! He sorted it in no time. And Aimee was very swift in her response when we realised we were missing a peice when assembling the drawer, and had it sent out to us promptly. Great service all round”

“Had an issue with our chest of drawers which arrived damaged. Contacted Happy Beds and Aimee was efficient and very prompt in resolving our problem and getting us new, undamaged parts sent to us.
