“Unfortunately my lovely head board arrived damaged. However, Tina provided excellent customer service in resolving the issue. She arranged for a second one to be delivered two days later. This didn’t suit as I was going on holiday. Tina quickly rearranged delivery for my first day home. Can’t beat that!”

“Aimee made it easy as could be to get the order and when a piece was missing she quickly and effectively replaced. Her communication was really quick and made it very easy to purchase and to get the missing part.”

“I’m very impressed with the customer service I received from Tina, she was helpful in sorting out my delivery and making sure it would be left in a safe location as we wouldn’t be home at the time of the delivery, all I had to do was email my problem and she sorted everything:))”

“I bought a mattress from this company but unfortunately there was a manufacturers fault but I have to say that happybeds and especially Aimee dealt with the situation professionally and within a timeframe I was extremely happy about . My messages and queries were always answered within a few hours and I am extremely happy with the customer service I received .”

“Prompt delivery service, arrived on the day I requested. Had a slight issue with some of the panels on the bed but Aimee and Chloe were fantastic in dealing with my complaint. They managed to obtain a partial refund for me both came across as extremely polite women who would go over and above to ensure the customer went away happy. Would highly recommend!”

“Amiee and Chloe have been amazing. They replied to my first email within 48hrs. Once my problem was dealt with, it was resolved within 3 working days. I was given a few options to sort my problem, which I was very happy. I would definitely say they both went above and beyond to get my problem resolved.”

“I don't tend to write reviews but thought I'd make an exception on this occasion. We had an issue where a part of the bed was damaged and I was deliberating whether or not to contact Happy Bed's customer service - I usually don't have the best experience of this and usually end up being more drained from the process. Nevertheless, I contacted their customer service department and was attended to by Aimee! She kept us informed of our options and was able to resolve everything, ordering new parts in the process. Will definitely be recommending them and will use them again! Thanks Aimee and Happy Beds as a whole!”
