“I emailed customer services with a delivery query as I wanted to purchase a beautiful bed frame but will not be moving in until September, so I wanted to know if I purchased the bed frame, which was at an amazing price, could it be delivery to my new address in September. Aimee replied the next morning to let me know that delivery in September will be free. Even better. I have just bought the bed. Thank you Aimee for you quick response in this matter.”

“A strange review but here goes. My partner and I had to cancel our order but the customer service we received from Aimee at HappyBeds helping us to quickly and easily cancel the order was fantastic and gave us all the help and information on our cancellation and refund that we could need. Highly recommend!”

“I had a bed for my daughter delivered yesterday and it arrived with boxes open and it was damaged. The delivery driver was really nice and took it back. With in a few minutes I had an email from Aimee apologising about the bed issue and wanting to get a replacement bed sent out as soon as possible. More care needs to be put in place when loading the boxes on the delivery van. Thank you Aimee for sorting this issue so quickly.”
