“I bought a Pegasus White and Silver Wooden High Sleeper and needed 2 replacement casters. Contacted customer services and a full set posted out free of charge. That should keep one little girl happy in the week before Xmas. Many thanks to Aimee and Jack. Sterling effort.”

“Bought cabin beds from here 9 months ago. Good selection and great value. Recently had an issue with the wheels on the desk and Sophie at Customer Services dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently. Replacement parts sent out with minimal fuss. Thank you”

“We have been delighted with the two beds purchased from Happy Beds. Kids happy and we are very impressed with how sturdy the beds are. And when we had an issue with some damage to one part during delivery, their customer service team (shout out to Jack!) were instantly and impressively helpful with arranging a replacement.”

“This review is for customer service only. I purchased a guest bed 3 months back from this website. Unfortunately, the quality wasn't as expected and wlon second use, bed frame shattered. I contacted the customer care to ask for refund. Sophie and Melissa picked up my case and went above and beyond to chase the manufacturer for the refund. I am happy with the service given by them in manner and speed they delivered it. This instills the customer confidence to rely on such vendors who take the responsibility when product is faulty. I would recommend happy beds.”

“I purchased a high quality ottoman bed at a very good price from Happy Beds. Special thanks to Sophie from customer service. I needed a small part replacement and Sophie arranged it all for me within 24 hours. I can't ask for more and thanks again for Happy Bed's great products, and customer service. “I was initially cautious about purchasing a bed online, but after experiencing the comfort of a heavenly mattress during a stay at a beautiful Airbnb, I couldn't resist. I reached out to the hosts to inquire about the mattress brand, as it truly felt like sleeping on a cloud. Fortunately, they promptly shared the details with me, and now I am delighted to own the Signature Crystal 3000 Orthopaedic Natural Mattress. It has proven to be absolutely worth the investment! Additionally, a big thank you to Chloe for her swift assistance in addressing my query.”
