“I messed up and ordered the wrong size mattress, sent Happy Beds an email and Sophie very swiftly rectified my error, changed the delivery and even refunded the difference. High recommended, thanks again Sophie.”

“Purchased a new bed for my daughter a few weeks ago with a specific date requested for delivery as we were moving in to a new home. Easy enough ordering online. Delivery was good, they called 45 minutes ahead of time. Hit a slight issue but was dealt with quickly by Jack in the office who was great throughout.”

“I needed to amend the delivery date of my order and emailed them to call me. Sophie called me within 2 hours of my email being sent and had it all changed for me in 10 minutes. So far, great customer service 👍”
