“The children are over the moon with their new bunk bed from Happy Beds ...and so am I. I had been thinking about moving the children from a toddler bed to a single bed for a while to help them sleep through the night... and fingers crossed it's working! I don't know if it's the new big bed or the comfy mattress but whatever the reason, I am one happy Mama thanks to Happy Beds. They have a wide selection of bunk beds on their website; ranging from triple sleepers, storage bunks, cabins and even glow in the dark stairs. I went for the zodiac as you can separate the beds to have 2 stand alone 3ft single beds. Overall I am extremely pleased with the bunk bed and the service provided.”

“Worst company I have had to deal with Avoid at all costs. Bed delayed by weeks. Not told until I called them they never called me. Had to choose a bed that we didn't want as one was out of stock. Bed came damaged and had to put it up anyway as we had let builders down three times as bed didn't turn up. It took two experienced builder to assemble. Offered to replace parts but no compensation even though I explained it would cost me the builders to rebuild it again. Customer service shocking.”

“I would definitly reccomend It! The bed arrived perfectly on time. It looks great and luxurious. We faced a problem with one part of It but customer service is amazing and It is taking care of this!!! We are super happy.. good value for money”

“We ordered a bunkbed for our twins which was delivered quickly and without hassle very soon after. Delighted with the quality of this bed, which was easier to build than we thought! The negative reviews on this company suggest that the quality of the furniture they sell varies considerably because we certainly did not experience issues with damage, quality and customer service.”

“Bought a mid bunk for my grand daughter she is thrilled. Very easy to put up and quality is excellent. Put the drawers seperate as she wanted a den under the bed. Service from ordering to delivery excellent”

“I live this bed. The headboard is massive and has a lovely velvet feel. I assembled the bed by myself and it took a while but with two people obviously will be quicker. All screws were grouped together in seperate packaging which made it easy to understand. Spacious ottoman. delivered on time without fuss.”

“I ordered a bed and mattress as a deal and was told the bed was out of stock after I asked why my bed wasn't delivered and was told it was going to be out of stock for a couple of months! I tried to return the matress and get a full refund for everything but said I had to pay a ridiculous amount for it to be collected! They said they emailed me to make me aware they the bed was out of stock but I did not receive the email. They also said that had it logged onto the computer that they rang and spoke to me for 6 minutes to say the bed was out of stock which I also didn't receive and im pretty sure I would remember if someone had called me! The lady on the phone was also rude to me and raised her voice! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!”

“HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY - WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN ORDER NOT DELIVERED ON TIME WAS ALSO SENT ITEM FROM DIFFERENT CUSTOMERS ORDER WHICH THEY HAD TO SWAP OVER AS NO OTHER IN STOCK, PLACED MY ORDER IN NOVEMBER AND STILL WAITING FOR ONE ITEM AT START OF FEBRUARY TO BE TOLD MAY NOW MAY BE MARCH”
