“We bought a double bed and mattress which were both delivered ahead of the scheduled delivery date. Bed easy to assemble and good quality. Little bit of confusion as it was sent in 2 deliveries but customer support very fast and efficient and all resolved happily. Would recommend”

“The beds I ordered were delivered ahead of schedule. They were really well packaged and the instructions' especially for the 4no. single bed frames, were brilliant. All the components were referenced well. The quality of the frames is better than I had thought they would be. There were just 4no. screws that were wrong, which didn't prevent me putting the king size bed together, but when I raised a case Happy Beds straight away apologised and are sending the correct screws first class in the post.”

“This is a genuine review. Just had headboard delivered even though corona virus is around. Delighted with product. Excellent service. Quick delivery and I was informed date of delivery via email. Second product I have bought and equally happy. Thanks to delivery man.”

“We recently purchased what looked like a lovely bed for our young son. We were excited about him transferring from his cot bed to a proper big bed and so we ordered the following bed from Happy Beds: Stella Blue and White Wooden Kids Low Sleeper Cabin Storage Bed Frame - 3ft Single I cannot explain our absolute disgust when the wooden slats for the bed which the mattress sits on were riddled with woodworm holes! Just awful! We phoned the company immediately only to be told they would respond new slats within 3 working days. There was no apology and the person on the phone was rude to my husband on several occasions. The second lot of wood arrived and it beggars belief that we had more of the same-cheap wood of different colours and thicknesses and yet again... woodworm holes! We absolutely hit the roof and complained again asking for compensation. What is wrong with this company for heaven's sake. It was decided that they would send another lot of replacement panels. We have now had our 4th delivery of wood and still no compensation. Do not order from this company!”

“Ordered Fabio white storage/shelf king bed. Only part of was delivered. Constantly having to contact them for nearly a week to sort something out. To now be told there is no more stock of this bed... Ridiculous treating people like this”

“I'm very pleased with the Beckton Grey Wooden Bed and Trundle Guest Bed Frame - 3ft Single received. It's exactly what I was looking for: easy to assemble, reasonable price, looks good and the trundle pulls out smoothly and comes away from the bed (rather than attached with runners). The tracking was slow to update however the delivery was on time and the delivery instructions were followed meaning I didn't need to be home to receive the item and it was securely left in my safe place. Thank you happy beds for making me a happy customer!”

“My Happy Bed triple bunk is just what I needed. It is stylish and fits well into my tiny lofted ceiling room. (Difficult to have bunks when ceiling height is low!) Perfect for happy grand children. I managed to assemble it on my own with help only to lift the top bunk to the bottom. The delivery men were very helpful and on time. Altogether a happy experience :)”

“I had the Fenton bed delivered this weekend the communication for the delivery was great they delivered to the room as requested and paid for the quality of the bed is great. I would have paid for the bed to be assembled if there was an option but this was not on offer but we managed to put it together ourselves in about an hour. I am really impressed!!”

“Great beds, easy to put together and very comfy. My kids are very happy with them and the price was right for us. We bought the bunk beds for our house and currently using them as single beds and another bunks beds for the grandparents house. Will use and recommend again.”
