“Stunning piece of furniture. Looks amazing! Excellent quality. Delivery was on time and they followed instructions well (Paid £20 for room of choice) The mirrored chest drawer is my favourite piece of furniture purchased by far! Thank you.”

“Fantastic bed and the customer service just as good nothing seemed too much trouble for them. I would definitely buy from them again my daughter is delighted with her new bed. I can not recommend them highly enough”

“I needed the bed quicker than delivery stated so I message to see if it was possible to collect myself, jade was fantastic she arranged for me to collect the following day. 5* customer service”

“Happy Beds delivered an excellent quality bed (Salerno Ivory and Oak), easy to put together, stylish and durable. The delivery window was quite large which made us nervous at first, but the bed came first thing on the first delivery day which was a relief! Would happily recommend!”

“They use unreliable delivery service. Beds never delivered on the first delivery date. We were then given another date but again they were not delivered that day! They were finally delivered on the 3rd occasion! We therfore wasted 3 days waiting. They never offered any compensation for wasted days, inconvenience and disappointment. Tough.”

“Just to note I was not offered anything other than a kind email asking if I would write a review based on my experience with this company. Perfect service..... from order to delivery. Happy bed customer services contacted me to try and arrange a delivery before the Xmas period even though delivery said potentially afterwards. Delivery team were pleasent and delivered exactly at the time given. The bed I received was a cabin bed and a matching chest of drawers. 6 boxes in total, not massively difficult to put up but took time. The bed is extremely good quality for the price point, decent thickness in materials and the quality is made apparent when put side by side with a competitors bed in the same room. The cabin bed I bought does not wobble and/or move about like the competitors bed someone else bought in our household. A 5 year warrenty assures me that this is made to last. One critique I have is the handles are made of plastic and in my opinion could be better/stronger, perhaps offering an option in handles would be beneficial to the customer. Overall a high quality bed and a pleasure to deal with happy beds. I will be looking at replacing my own bed in the near future and will be considering happy beds for a future purchase.”

“I bought the Blake White Wooden Guest Bed and Trundle Frame. Instructions were poor. The first time we used the guest bed the legs broke down. Luckily it didn't injured my children. Called the company and they refused to replace/collect it unless I disassembled and re-packaged it. I had already paid somebody to assembled it, so I should not be paying somebody again for a faulty bed that it is entirely their fault. Poor customer services. I was previously offered two pillows in exchange for a 5 * review on this item.”

“With a very reasonable price compared to many other suppliers, I was very hesitant on the mattress performance. I have suffered back problems for 13 years (Disc issues) and of late have problems dressing after a nights sleep. First night sleeping on my new mattress I woke with no back pain what so ever. Absolute amazed and has continued as such every night since. I also have a good nights sleep. Mattress is firm as I hoped but still very comfortable. I have been delighted with it's performance. Quite a heavy sturdy mattress. Also thanks to the delivery guys. A1 service”

“STAY AWAY, I paid £80 for nothing... Watch out for hidden terms and conditions... Delivery service is rubbish, was meant to be delivered on a Saturday, nothing comes... I check tracking and it says that the item was delivered and a card was left?! 1) No one came, I was waiting all day! 2) The location of the delivery was Heathrow, I am in West London!! I email 'HappyBeds' asking where my order is and they reply with: "there was a failed delivery, we will reattempt a delivery on Tuesday" Tuesday... Nothing, I check tracking which states my parcel has been successfully delivered and signed for, location: Heathrow?! After this I started reading reviews online, to find others who had similar stories: late/no deliveries, broken/missing parts etc... I email them to cancel the delivery and refund my order to which they respond with an £80 cancellation fee (not even mentioned in the terms and conditions!). Fine. I couldn't imagine the hassle of having to chase up my delivery only to fine parts missing/broken. I'm now £80 out of pocket compared to £330, all for nothing. I went to Argos and got my bed 3 days later.”

“Stylish and well designed bunk bed that my 5yr old and 2 yr old absolutely love. Mattresses great quality too. Very heavy bed for obvious reasons but fairly easy for 2 people to construct.”

“I was abit skeptical as I hadn't heard of happy beds before but the mattress was an absolute score. The website was easy to navigate, I was able to easily choose the comfort of the bed and see how firm it would be for my body weight. I was in dire need for an upgrade as my single mattress was sinking and the springs digging into my back. The first night i used my new mattress was absolutely amazing, the best sleep ever and the best sleep I've had since. I genuinely love my mattress. Also the mattress came quite quickly, I think it was through a private courier service and it was really easy to track it via the website.”

“Literally the worse company I've ever used First time I've ever ordered a bed online. All started out just fine, great communication, upgraded to 2 man delivery team, good prices ect Got a mattress delivered on Friday and no bed. Got told after waiting 6 hours and 5 recorded phone calls that there's a mistake and the bed will be delivered in 6 weeks. You've read that correctly, 6 weeks. Got a 33 week pregnant wife and no bed. You can just imagine how popular I am at home. My bedroom currently resembles train spotting. A mid 30's white guy on his own sleeping on a mattress After a bit of research it appears that the company was liquidated in 2013. The company was reformed and a new CEO was in charge and now the same CEO from the liquidation is back This company appears great, slick website and all the chat down the phone. But guess what. They don't have what they sell and still take the money. Bound to end up in hot water again because it's clearly a company that fills it's boots then shuts down and re-emerges as a new one. If you buy from here you need your head examined!”
