“The website was easy to use with clear photos. Price was good. I think the bed is good for the money. The video was helpful in putting the bed together. It was quite straightforward, and all the screws and bolts were clearly labelled in separate bags. The delivery was as described. I had two men delivering in a set time slot. They texted and phoned before they arrived. They were courteous and did the job efficiently. I am very happy with the service I received from Happy Beds. Thank you.”

“Bought the Pluto Dove Grey Wooden Mid Sleeper Bed. Really good quality product and our son loves it! We were kept well informed throughout the order process via email, text and phone calls. Delivery on time, everything as promised. Thanks.”

“Very bad experience, the worst service I ever had online shopping. Unprofessional, rude, they sell you very low-quality items, rubbish for a normal price, and when you complain and ask for refund, you have to pay for return delivery. Never buy Happybeds !!!!!”

“We are very satisfied with our choice. We ordered a super king size bed and mattress for a very good price, they arrived on time and the delivery men where very courteous and helpful. I do not see why I should pay double price in another shop when I actually have what I wanted.”

“Such a bad service from Happy beds. I purchased some bed sheets and was sent the wrong product. It has now been a month and they have still have not begun processing a refund. I had to chase them constantly and was always told it was being dealt with as a matter of urgency but I had to contact the company they buy the sheets from to resolve the situation. I was informed by Happy beds that they were in communication with the company (My Panda Life) but when I contacted them directly they informed me that they had received no communication from Happy beds. I am still waiting for my refund even though I have sent the items back and am still being told it is being dealt with as a matter of urgency. Terrible service from start to finish, still not convinced I will receive my refund at all, which is really worrying.”

“We recently bought a king size bed from Happy beds, upfront we were told it would take about 4 weeks to get it delivered and we were ok with that. At the begging of week 4 we got an email and also a text with a delivery date asking to confirm or to reschedule. We had to re-schedule for convenience and the service was great, the transport company texted me the day before with a 4 hours slot and on the day they kept me informed up to 20 minutes before delivery took place, and best of all the bed is beautiful, practical and we are happy customers, we will definitely order again from Happy Beds when the time to change our little daughter’s bed comes.”
