“Really pleased with my new bed. Very sturdy and at a fair price. Customer service was brilliant when I came across a problem and Liv from the customer service team sorted this very quickly for me. Would highly recommend!”

“I bought this bed a while before I was able to build it - delivered 13th April. I asked about the 15 day limit in reporting missing/faulty bits. No probs - they doubled it to 30 days and said just get back to them if I needed to have it extended further. When I did eventually build it - 26th July - there was a faulty nut. No probs - they arranged for the manufacturer to send a replacement. It never arrived - problems with the shipping company. No probs - they arranged for the manufacturer to send another replacement. All of the Customer Service staff I dealt with were really helpful and courteous - especially Liv and Olivia. I would recommend them without hesitation.”

“I purchased a bed from happy beds but had an issue with the 3rd party delivery company. I rang customer services for some information and spoke to a lady name Liv. She was absolutely fantastic and sorted the problem out within a couple of minutes. So a big thanks to liv 👍”

“I had purchased a bed from happy beds and had to cancel unfortunately as the bed was to big.The lady I spoken to was so understanding and canceled my order asap without trying to make me keep the order like most places do she issued a refund and was very polite and helpful.”

“I had 2 beds delivered and a mattress. One part was damaged in transit and another broke on me during building. Customer service in getting this resolved by Jack, Sophie and Aimee was top notch. Gives me complete confidence to buy again should I need to.”

“Thank you Aimee and Olivia for your support with my issue: one out of 5 items of an ottoman bed ordered came broken. I was assisted quickly and effectively, I got clear instructions of what I need to do and I got the replacement in 2 working days. Aimee and Olivia could not be more helpful.”
