“Price was best I could find on the net, delivery was prompt. Had a faulty part, but Aimee and Lizzy dealt with the issue politely & efficiently.”

“Delivery people were very helpful they ring you on the day several times to ensure the item is delivered Unfortunately I had an issue with my mattress as their was a stain (as it was raining that day) but Aimee and Jack responded in a timely manner and offered 3 options, one of which was a discount off the overall price. Overall quick responses and helpful”

“My son has had a happy bed for 5 years, which may I add is amazing and we’ve had 0 problems! Yesterday I’d messaged as I’d misplaced the instructions manual, Aimee came to the rescue and managed to source the manual for me! Her customer service was excellent!”

“I ordered a chest of drawers and the day before delivery I had to change the delivery address. I contacted Happy Beds and spoke to Olivia she was so helpful and got the address changed straight away. Thank you Olivia.”

“A big thank you to Liv...who helped me sort out a change to my order..I had ordered the wrong mattress. I followed the contact Us page instructions and Liv got back to me.less rhan 24 hours later to confirm my order had been changed and would still be delivered on the same original delivery date. Excellent service. Thank you Liv!”

“Love the bed…slightly disappointed as I thought there was a base to the ottoman part but that was my error. Couldn’t initially locate the assembly instructions but Aimee at Happy Beds responded to my email quickly, attaching the instructions. Great service”

“Sophie, Chloe & Chantal have given excellent customer service in sorting out a replacement item quickly & efficiently. I was worried using an online company that if there was a problem it would be difficult to resolve but i have been kept informed at every opportunity & am really impressed with how my issue has been resolved- refreshing! I’m looking forward to enjoying my new bed which looks lovely & of good quality”

“Fantastic customer service from Liv. I realised this morning that the order I had placed last night was for the wrong delivery date of tomorrow instead of next week. I called customer services and Liv assured me over the phone that she would be able to sort it out and could amend the delivery date to next week. Half an hour later I had an email confirming that the changes had been made. First class service. Thank you”
