“Purchased mattress from happybeds.co.uk, when i made the purchase it said they will deliver it to a bedroom of my choice. The delivery company they used (panther) turned up and said they wont take it to the bedroom. They were rude and the delivery guys could barely speak english. I rang happybeds and the customer service told me they will have to come another day just to move the mattress into my bedroom. Had to get it moved myself because we had a sofa delivery coming and the mattress was left right by the door. Bad experience”

“I placed my order on New Years Day and then realised I had completely ordered the wrong item . I used the contact form and immediately got a response on the first working day to say my order had been changed - Quick and easy to do - very fast response from Aimee - order delivery date reminded the same and no penalty for changing the order I even got a £33 refund without asking Customer service 10/10 thank you”

“My partner and I have been looking for a TV bed for a while and happy beds seem to fit all our needs however we are currently redecorating our bedroom so I wasn’t sure based on the pictures of the website which colour we should go for. So I E-mailed them and the lovely Jack responded within the 48 hours (which was stated on their automatic replies). So I asked Jack if it was possible for us to be sent some swatches of the colour of the bed and within that same day he said they had been sent to us. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service so far! Looking forward to receiving the swatches so me and my partner can order the bed!”

“Have used this company previously.Excellent customer service and item purchased was fabulous quality. Ordered 2 items separately yesterday for delivery on separate days. I was contacted by Sophie earlier who has offered them arranged for both items to be delivered on the same day (which wasn’t an option on the site probably because I ordered sedately) I am impressed this has been arranged and found Sophie pleasant, very helpful and followed up by a confirmation detailed email straight away. Highly recommend this company. Thanks Sophie”

“Fantastic customer service from Sophie, Chantel and Jack. Quick delivery and efficient replies to emails. Shame the bed was flimsy and broke however they sorted it out promptly without any issues. Thanks to happy beds I will use them again! 🙂”

“I bought a Pegasus White and Silver Wooden High Sleeper and needed 2 replacement casters. Contacted customer services and a full set posted out free of charge. That should keep one little girl happy in the week before Xmas. Many thanks to Aimee and Jack. Sterling effort.”
