“The pest control service they supply is really on the ball. They always ring to inform us the time they intend to call and ask if it is a convenient time. So far the same person has called on each visit to carry out the work and we have got to know and trust him. He really knows his stuff. He solved our micky problem in no time and so far the blighters have not returned. We would have no problem in recommending this company.”

“My call was answered to on first instance.I talked to someone not a computer.An appointment was booked that was convinient for me,it was quick to get one. I was kept informed of what was going on(was phoned 45 minutes before Engineer came) until some one got to my door. The Engineer was polite,explained things and gave me options. Work done was brilliant. I will definitely call them again.”

“Overall great company. Used them last year for gas safety certificate no problem back then. They called me to let me know my renewal was due. Corresponded well with tennants. Took care of a couple other jobs while they were there. Staff very responsive to emails and pleasant via phone. Very professional in every way for a fair price.”

“friendly reliable service from the minute the call was answered. i would recommend this company. I had my new washing machine fitted by this company and they were very quick at getting the plumber to my property and kept me informed as to when he would arrive. when the plumber did arrive he done a fantisic job. could be more pleased with the severice that was provided”

“Phoned up this morning and got an appointment for someone to come and look at my broken dishwasher. The receptionist was polite and efficient. The engineer turned up on time and I received a phone call half an hour before to let me know he was on his way. Engineer was polite, helpful, professional and smart. He explained my options to me with regards to replacing the broken part, or the different cost of machines I could replace with if I wanted to do this instead. I chose to replace the machine and we agreed an appointment there and then for the replacement which was promptly confirmed by the office via email. Will be using this company in the future for all my appliance issues - a breath of fresh air.”

“Engineer couldn't make it in first appointment, it's bit disappointing when you have to stay at home just because the appointment time is a slot from 9 to 1 and no one turns up.The engineer made it in the next appointment.There was more work needed than we thought initially.So the Engineer just came and didn't do anything, I still had to pay the hrly charge.The good thing that happened was the engineer's advice was very helpful and it would actually fix the root cause.”

“Although I have had problems in the past, this visit went very smoothly, I called, booked, they took £10 deposit, the plumber went in and then the remainder was charged to my card. I will definitely use them again, especially as they have lots of different services.”

“Overall the service was good. The engineer was on time and phoned before arriving which was helpful. I could get an appointment quickly and the person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. One thing I was frustrated with was that due to company policy, the engineer was not allowed to replace my fused spur which literally required taking two screws out and putting two new screws in. This was easy enough for me but it seemed silly that he could not do it as part of the job.”

“Your engineer arrived in good time was very quick and efficient at his work and was polite to my tenant . When booking the appointment the lady was very helpful in making the appointment between myself and the tenant and making sure all went smoothly”

“Had issue with central heating. Easy to book and had good selection of times to suit a busy lifestyle. Engineer arrived when he said he would. Resolved issue and discovered other potential problem. Asked before starting work on second issue. Reasonable charge. Professional throughout. Great service!”

“Our boiler stopped working just as my wife was being taken in to hospital to have a baby. They were very understanding and did their best to fit around our difficult timescales. The work carried out seemed expensive and I believe would have been cheaper (though not necessarily quicker) going to the manufacturers themselves for repairs. However, customer service was very good throughout and dealing with the friendly and professional help desk made everthing much easier.”

“Thank goodness for CGS! It is so hard nowadays to find reputable plumbers, electricians, handy men etc who are going to do a good job and not rip you off. I found CGS examplary in their services right from the team taking the calls and organising the work, very friendly, effiicient and professinal.........and the plumber and electrician did a superb job fixing everything in a timely manner. Couldn't recommend this firm highly enough - thank you!”

“good service. friendly and helpful arrived on time Trustworthy for pensioners. My parents age 91 and 92 felt confident in the plumber Being in their home. Plenty of help on the phone when booking the appointment. Office staff very accommodating and informative of company and their services Did not like having to pay the congestion charge Over all a very good service Would use company again”
