“Excellent service. Very polite operative called Darren attended on time. He called within 30 minutes to let me know ETA and was very efficient. The certificate was emailed to me after the job in minutes. Im very happy with the service ☺️”

“Very clear, helpful diagnosis and explanations, and very trustworthy execution (including sourcing parts for an old plumbing installation - original construction 30 yrs ago - in our London tower block flat). Good communicatiton, timekeeping, cleanliness, easy to pay. Unhesitatingly recommend.”
