“I got them in for a quote on a repair, the second firm to give me a quote. They identified that it was potentially quite uneconomical to repair, after trying to repair what the other firm had suggested was wrong- which wasn't in fact wrong. Open to conversation about pro's and con's of the various new boilers. Had new boiler done 24 hours later, which counts for tenants - and fantastic aftercare. Came back for aftercare as per 1 year warranty, to sort a small problem in the drainage pipe that had been overlooked, no fuss at all. Clean tradesman, professional attitude, delivery clean and tidy, job's a goodun!”

“Chris came to assemble some flat pack furniture, paint a wall and mount some whiteboards and bike racks as well as build some steps. He was polite, very efficient and very tidy (he brought his own dustpan and brush!). He was doing the jobs during working hours but was very considerate and didn't disturb the workflow in our office at all.”

“Fantastic service from john balzaretti, the issue was with a very strong smell of sewage from downstairs bathroom. He identified the issue immediately with a gap in the pan connector in the toilet. John mentioned the smoke test he can do which I thought was a really good idea . I wanted to know if smoke was coming from the back of the toilet. Lots of smoke so I now know what was causing the issue. Excellent service, excellent engineer,excellent customer service from saoirse. I have recommended you to my work colleagues.”

“I was most impressed with this company, having had several attempts with other plumbers to solve a problem that kept recurring. This company diagnosed it immediately and were able to remedy it. I wish I had found them two years earlier. The plumbers were efficient, did exactly what they had planned, kept everything clean and tidy and could not have been more helpful. Communication concerning the tasks, and the timetable of the work and associated delivery of parts was excellent and I had a strong sense that everyone in the company was working together very effectively. The costs were exactly as anticipated and explained in advance. A really good job done for us, thank you.”

“The booking staff were efficient and able to book a convenient appointment time. Plumber turned up on time and received a polite informative service. Air lock problem was solved quickly and all charges were explained before hand. Excellent service all round.”

“The cooker hood went phut. Electrician arrived within half a day and diagnosed the problem in a professional and friendly matter. He explained what would be needed to repair the hood, and kind of cost involved and the options. He then restored the hood to its previous half-functioning state while we decided how to proceed.”

“Had an urgent plumbing problem needing resolving same day. Quickly shopped around on web, wanted to keep my business local and was was impressed by site and reviews. First telephone contact was very impressive. Plumber arrived later that day and completed within 1 hour. Great guy. Whole process easy and as promised. I highly recommend and would use again. “Excellent and fast service - staff that got in touch with was really friendly and keen on helping out - I was informed about everything regarding the service and I would be happy to use the service again. They were on time and I got a detailed feedback on the needs of the works that needed to be done. After jobs was done they were keen to clean up and make sure that I was happy with the work.”

“it turns out there was nothing wrong with the boiler. on the spur of the moment i requested a boiler safety check. rather than just charge me for safety check, i was charged for the call out, the safety check - which all mounts up when vat was added and considering there was nothing wrong with the boiler.”

“I was impressed, the communication was good, and I was made aware of the progress at each stage. I did not have to wait very long for the engineer to arrive. When the engineer arrived he was polite and friendly and got the job done quickly. Actually there is still work that needs doing but I will be using them in future and would recommend the service. The advice given was clear and concise, and the response to follow up work/quote requests was prompt.”

“We arranged a date and time for work to be carried out but due to a kitchen fitter letting us down we had to postpone. It was simple call up with your name and post code and they did the rest. As soon as we had re arranged a fitter they were there the next day as promised to connect out gas hob and fix a leaking radiator. The engineer even gave us some advice about keeping the central heating system clean and working well. Overall very satisfied and would defiantly use them again if I needed a Plummer or Gas fitter :-)”

“Receptionist friendly .easy to book . Electrician arrived quite late in the time slot. Work done well & he didnt mind nippy dog. He had to go & get materials & I paid for his shopping time which was included in bill. A bit expensive”
