“The cooker hood went phut. Electrician arrived within half a day and diagnosed the problem in a professional and friendly matter. He explained what would be needed to repair the hood, and kind of cost involved and the options. He then restored the hood to its previous half-functioning state while we decided how to proceed.”

“Had an urgent plumbing problem needing resolving same day. Quickly shopped around on web, wanted to keep my business local and was was impressed by site and reviews. First telephone contact was very impressive. Plumber arrived later that day and completed within 1 hour. Great guy. Whole process easy and as promised. I highly recommend and would use again. “Excellent and fast service - staff that got in touch with was really friendly and keen on helping out - I was informed about everything regarding the service and I would be happy to use the service again. They were on time and I got a detailed feedback on the needs of the works that needed to be done. After jobs was done they were keen to clean up and make sure that I was happy with the work.”

“it turns out there was nothing wrong with the boiler. on the spur of the moment i requested a boiler safety check. rather than just charge me for safety check, i was charged for the call out, the safety check - which all mounts up when vat was added and considering there was nothing wrong with the boiler.”

“I was impressed, the communication was good, and I was made aware of the progress at each stage. I did not have to wait very long for the engineer to arrive. When the engineer arrived he was polite and friendly and got the job done quickly. Actually there is still work that needs doing but I will be using them in future and would recommend the service. The advice given was clear and concise, and the response to follow up work/quote requests was prompt.”

“We arranged a date and time for work to be carried out but due to a kitchen fitter letting us down we had to postpone. It was simple call up with your name and post code and they did the rest. As soon as we had re arranged a fitter they were there the next day as promised to connect out gas hob and fix a leaking radiator. The engineer even gave us some advice about keeping the central heating system clean and working well. Overall very satisfied and would defiantly use them again if I needed a Plummer or Gas fitter :-)”

“Receptionist friendly .easy to book . Electrician arrived quite late in the time slot. Work done well & he didnt mind nippy dog. He had to go & get materials & I paid for his shopping time which was included in bill. A bit expensive”

“Quick and easy fix. My electrical oven had one of the elements broken. The electrician diagnosed the problem very quickly but didnt have the part so he had to come back another day. In summary, Plus Experienced technicians On time Honest Cons He didnt have the part so had to come back another day, so we had an extra charge.”

“Engineer was excellent on an unusual repair to an AEG microwave. My only grouses are that they added the congestion charge on the bill, which they did not include in the quote or otherwise get my agreement to in advance, and I always think that is a rip-off. Also I was charged £18 for parking fees, but I had told their operator in advance when booking - she asked - that they could park in the building car park. The engineer was not given that info and parked on a meter, and I didn't expect to be charged till I got the bill. I would have had a row about it but just wanted to get away to work by then.”

“I live abroad and had to arrange some work in a hurry for a flat in London. The admin staff were all very friendly and very helpful, and arranged the appointment as quickly as possible. The tenant of the flat said the actual worker and his work were fantastic too. They are scheduled to do more work for me in the near future as well. It was very reassuring that the whole task could be performed without me having to be there in person.”

“Very good service, at the end of today I will have used them 3 times. Phone service is friendly and efficient, they come out at convenient times to suit you and quality of work is really good - tidy and helpful. They are a little pricey I think, but I suppose you get what you pay for! Would strongly recommend.”

“I needed 2 routine jobs, electric & plumbing, done in my flat - completed om time and with minimal fuss by the electrician and plumber, with excellent communication throughout between them, the main office and myself. No hesitation in recommending them”
