“The order hasn’t arrived. Two weeks late!! Chased Handles4U with no joy? We received a DHL email saying it’s on the way nearly two weeks ago but it never arrived”

“Order arrived completly wrong, two emails ignored, ended up having to use what they sent and had to order more. They can manage to take and send out new orders during Covid crisis, but can't communicate with their existing customers.”

“I am still waiting for my order to arrive - I’m writing this review based on the facts. Parcel has not arrived - emailed Handles 4 U lots of times as this is what it said do on their answerphone message, haven’t had any reply / communication back as yet...,,, As quite often found - always quick to process your order and take payment but when there’s a problem nobody is contactable ?? Can’t even send the goods back as I haven’t got them to send back .”

“We have ordered twice from this supplier. Their products are great, however you need to watch carefully what you are ordering. Because they will take your money for products they don't have in stock. Then send it later.”

“Absolutely terrible (i.e non-existent) customer service! We are all living through the Coronavirus pandemic, and understand it will have an impact on order times to some extent, although most other online sales businesses seem to be continuing without much of an issue. However, there is absolutely zero excuse for IGNORING customers who have paid more than £200 for goods over a month ago, when all we want is an update of when we will receive the items we have already paid for! Add to that, you’ve conveniently switched your phone line off so can’t be contacted that way. So no goods, no refund, no information, and no other way to contact. AVOID!!!”

“I cannot reach the customer service team - the phone lines are not manned during Covid, live chat is not working and I've sent 4 emails with no responses to check on the status of my order. Is this site a scam? I need my order to arrive by Saturday when the container is being packed to be sent to Africa... if the shipment is going to miss the container, I need to cancel the order.”

“I have not received my £200 order. Nobody has responded to my emails or provided me with a tracking number or delivery date and no one is manning the phonelines. In the time I ordered these handles I have already received several orders from UK suppliers and finished renovations on my kitchen. I now have no handles on my cupboards and cannot get a response from your company. Absolutely dissatisfied.”

“It seems the only genuine reviews here are those which emulate the review I am about to give- absolutely shocking company. Zero response on any form of communication. No update on status of order (placed on 05/10/2020) and still not received/ fulfilled or updated yet the payment funds were taken immediately. Disgraceful and would not recommend to anyone. We appear to have lost the entire value of our order with no means of getting our money back.”

“TOTALLY FRUSTRATED as this company does NOT respond to emails or phone calls. They take your money instantly and then leave you waiting and waiting ...... I also suspect some of the reviews listed on this website are not true!! Absolutely shameful.”

“Absolutely do not buy from this company, had to cancel my order as they couldn’t fulfil the order, no correspondence not taking phone calls and no emails replied to. We have now issued a county court summons to get our money back !11”

“Nothing wrong with the goods - but wrong choice of courier. DHL were a week late with delivery with several aborted promised deliveries, despite my three calls to their call centre and my giving explicit delivery instructions via their website, Twitter and FB accounts - which were still NOT in the drivers possession when he eventually delivered.”

“the product as advertised was not delivered, it was changed to another product and a different size, so was useless as it didn't fit the door. I contacted service who said they would get back but didn't and i am left with a useless product that I will need to pay postage to return”
