“Handles were great and a bargain price, however the screws for these were terrible they had to be cut to size and finessed into the handles. Good job I had someone in to do the instillation as I wouldn't have been able to do it myself.”

“After ordering a set of handles for our kitchen units, they arrived without prior notification as promised. Also we were one short from the amount paid for and ordered. I contacted the company via the contact page and form but I am still awaiting a reply.”

“Brought 2 handles for bathroom with locks and 1 worked and 1 didn’t! Had to go buy new ones to get the job finished. A bit disappointing.”

“The products are lovely; but customer service is somewhat lacking. There is no number to call; so I sent a message via their website a few minutes after placing my order, as I had forgotten one thing and hoped to add it on to the order. Mo-one replied and my order has now been delivered.”

“Fantastic range of products. Really pleased with the quality of both the centre door knob and the door knocker. It would have been a 5 star rating on this alone as it really was excellent but there were a few chips on the black coating and the door knocker doesn’t hang straight. It’s slightly warped which is a shame. Pleased with the delivery too. It came promptly and I was able to change the address to a local pick up point, with ease, as I wasn’t in for the delivery time.”

“The parts supplied were not Eurospec as advertised, but a compatible part. The plastic insert was broken, fortunately not required. The part did arrive promptly though.”

“Good quality keyhole cover spoilt by the rubbish screws. The head came off leaving the remainder of the screw in the door. Now I am faced with the problem of drilling out the remains, filling in the hole and replacing it with a more substantial screw. What should have been a 3 minute job, now who knows.? Very frustrating”

“The holes for the handles should be deeper.We had to purchase small washers and place them behind the head of each screw on the inside of the draw.Secondly, would like to see the screws made of stronger metal.A number of screws were chewed by the screw driver quite easily. We found it easier to use a wide thin flat head screwdriver as opposed toa posi drive. Suggest that an electrical screwdriver should not be used when tightening screws.The handle themselves are exactly as expected matt black and 160mm centres and we are happy with them.”

“So handles and lock arrived promptly, well packaged, great communication. However the design of the handles and trying to fix the through bolt was near impossible, so awkward as you could not get a screwdriver in properly or Allen key due to the face plate coverings, plus no instructions, no fault of yourselves but the design by Zoo is the issue, had to buy further bolts due to the threads being damaged due to not being able to get a proper contact with the heads of the bolts. Too much hassle and cost to return, so just bought some others from a local company. I had them assessed by the local company to make sure it wasn’t me, they confirmed it’s just a really poor design.”
