“The product is excellent but they used DPD for delivery. The parcel would have fitted through a letter box but I specified a safe place to leave if they couldn't post it. Instead it was taken to drop point for collection?!?”

“Misleading delivery timescales on product pages. It took them the best part of 3 working days just to pick the in-stock items off the shelf (ordered just after the 3pm cut-off on the Tuesday, not despatched until about 3pm on the Friday). DPD delivered on the Saturday. The products I ordered were fine though and as described.”

“Lovely handles but on a delivery of 32 handles two were broken and obviously hadn't be quality checked before being sent out . The handles were swiftly replaced but i did have to send photographs so took my time to resolve the issue. Hopefully the handles will be durable and not prone to breaking.”

“The ordered cabinet handles are great and great value for money, but the supplied screws are too short to fit shaker cabinets of 22mm thickness, so I couldn't fit the handles and had to source screws separately.”

“Handles were great and a bargain price, however the screws for these were terrible they had to be cut to size and finessed into the handles. Good job I had someone in to do the instillation as I wouldn't have been able to do it myself.”

“After ordering a set of handles for our kitchen units, they arrived without prior notification as promised. Also we were one short from the amount paid for and ordered. I contacted the company via the contact page and form but I am still awaiting a reply.”

“The products are lovely; but customer service is somewhat lacking. There is no number to call; so I sent a message via their website a few minutes after placing my order, as I had forgotten one thing and hoped to add it on to the order. Mo-one replied and my order has now been delivered.”

“Fantastic range of products. Really pleased with the quality of both the centre door knob and the door knocker. It would have been a 5 star rating on this alone as it really was excellent but there were a few chips on the black coating and the door knocker doesn’t hang straight. It’s slightly warped which is a shame. Pleased with the delivery too. It came promptly and I was able to change the address to a local pick up point, with ease, as I wasn’t in for the delivery time.”
