“I made an enquiry about the product to check that it work for my circumstances. It took so long to get a response that I risked ordering the product anyway. When I eventually received a reply to my enquiry I found that it was detailed and helpful. The product arrived quickly and in good condition.”

“Would have been five stars for service except for £15 Highlands and Islands surcharge for delivery just north of Aberdeen, which is neither Highlands nor Islands, so that's a scam. Buyer Beware!”

“Handles were good. The screws they give are low quality. Two out of two, the heads broke off when applying limited pressure to pre-drilled holes. Buy the handles and buy decent screws to fix them.”

“After a first order being wrong I made a second order and the correct items were delivered. Don’t know what I’m gonna do with a single handle that doesn’t match anything in my house but at least my kitchen cabinets hang properly now.”

“The colour of the handles were nothing like the images shown. I understand there will always be a slight difference but it was significantly different. An image from a camera phone would be better than the images given.”

“Handles arrived. But having to pay more for postage to isle of Skye, when Royal Mail charge a standard rate for the whole of the UK not good. You cannot justify the extra shipment costs !!”

“Goods arrived well packaged and the one handle which had a manufacture fault was replaced within a good timeframe. In relation to locks I ordered which were supposedly satin nickel - this was not the case and they were simply matt chrome finish. In order to return I would need to pay the postge which means ended up having to keep unsatisfactory items - Please ensurre your items listed and pictured actually match the reality of the products”

“We needed the handles quickly and decided the 2-3window for delivery would work, it took 5 days and meant a delay in getting the job finished. But, the handles are what we wanted and so far no problems.”

“No complaints about the products or prices but I did get a couple of thumb turns sent to me in the wrong colour. Since it was a while until I discovered this and I had admittedly fitted them, they did not send me out replacements in the correct colour. This is despite the actual value of these parts being very small relative to the total order and really not worth processing the return. Just a bit disappointing.”

“This review is based on your courier, not your service or product. I still have not received the product so can't comment. Courier said no one at home, however I have cameras coving my property and no attempt to deliver was made. You picked the courier, so I believe the review is relevant”

“Handles4u offers good quality handles, and I was happy with the products themselves. However, the matching handle jig didn’t fit one of the handle sizes I purchased. I reached out to customer support but unfortunately never received a reply. Good products, but the lack of support was disappointing.”

“The quality and style of the handles was great, they look lovely on my new kitchen. There was a great range of handles in stock, better than the kitchen showroom. However, we ordered 7 cup handles and only received 6. I contacted customer service to ask if they would forward the missing handle. I was told that we should have opened the box earlier (we waited for the fitting date so they were not left open and hanging around, ironically to avoid any going missing). I was given this response from customer service ‘Unfortunately when work is being carried out on a property there is the chance they some items can walk/disappear.’ They basically blamed me for the missing handle and did not replace so I had to order another one a lay the postage fee again. I would warn anyone ordering from Handles4U to check the quantity of items as soon as possible, as they may find customer service unhelpful if there are any missing items!”

“Handles are lovely but there were no screws in the package. When the Handyman arrived to fit them, he didn’t have screws to fit them. A neighbour gave us 2 screws but the screw heads are large and unsightly so very disappointing overall”

“I only ordered 2 items to see what the quality was like - a brass knob and a brass bow handle. The knob wasn't too bad with regards to weight but the handle felt a little flimsy. I'm on the fence as to go with Wren or if these are worth paying half the cost. I'll look at other styles”
