“Handles are lovely but there were no screws in the package. When the Handyman arrived to fit them, he didn’t have screws to fit them. A neighbour gave us 2 screws but the screw heads are large and unsightly so very disappointing overall”

“I only ordered 2 items to see what the quality was like - a brass knob and a brass bow handle. The knob wasn't too bad with regards to weight but the handle felt a little flimsy. I'm on the fence as to go with Wren or if these are worth paying half the cost. I'll look at other styles”

“I ordered two pieces of window hardware. The products themselves are OK but the screws supplied with them are total rubbish, they responded to the screwdriver as if they were made from icing sugar (CHiniese perhaps?). Also the items took several days to arrive and it's not as if is was free shipping. There are others companies that in the modern world, get stuff to you a lot more swiftly.”

“The product is excellent but they used DPD for delivery. The parcel would have fitted through a letter box but I specified a safe place to leave if they couldn't post it. Instead it was taken to drop point for collection?!?”

“Misleading delivery timescales on product pages. It took them the best part of 3 working days just to pick the in-stock items off the shelf (ordered just after the 3pm cut-off on the Tuesday, not despatched until about 3pm on the Friday). DPD delivered on the Saturday. The products I ordered were fine though and as described.”

“Lovely handles but on a delivery of 32 handles two were broken and obviously hadn't be quality checked before being sent out . The handles were swiftly replaced but i did have to send photographs so took my time to resolve the issue. Hopefully the handles will be durable and not prone to breaking.”
