“Terrible customer service. Faulty bolt and I had to pay the return postage. I believed that the return costs would be covered on distance selling and goods received proved faulty. Had refund for the bolt & key but no apology for inconvenience to me. Would not recommend nor use this company again.”

“Excellent customer service and quality of items supplied. I ordered a door knob set only to later discover I should have ordered a rim lock set. I returned the original order and ordered a different type of door know that would firt he rim lock. Bother orders and my return were handled quickly and without any problem whatsoever. Great stuff and will order from you again.”

“I received the handles and the width is a lot smaller than expected, I looked how to return and wow I have to fill in a returns form with lots of questions, this is way to complicated I unfortunately will just have to lose my money and throw them away. I would not recommend using Handles 4 U because of this.”
