“Handles and lock arrived in a timely manner, however the wrong fixings for the door plate were enclosed. The pack contained 8 fixing screws as opposed to two male/ female fixing screws. I have contacted the supplier and hopefully the correct fixings will be sent.”

“I ordered Eclipse hinges in a colour I couldn't find elsewhere. They were sold at a very good price. After the purchase, I had some concerns about delivery ; I messaged them and they replied promptly. Though on line, I was most impressed with their customer service. The items arrived promptly and were well packaged.”

“Bought a pair of brass handles to replace old broken pair. I needed to open up the wooden door for clearance and use the old square connecting rod as the new one would not pass through the inside works. I also had to cut the old rod to match the new rods length. The new pair matched exactly in apperance but the door and rod needed adjustment to make the new handles work.”

“While the service was very good I would like to point out the screws sent to fix the hinges are poor quality soft stainless steel with limited grip. The hinges are recessed into 8mm oak with a chipboard core the screws are only part threaded with a shallow cut and will not hold in chipboard they need to be fully threaded twin fast screws to do the job properly as a result I have had to purchase new screws to do the job and throw away the ones you sent. Regards Trevor J Graver”
