“Poor service. I asked them to find out where my delivery was and they took too long to respond that I got an answer from the courier sooner than they did!!”

“This company takes your money, but does NOT SEND OUT THE GOODS. The phone number is an answering machine, which tells you to email. NO ONE REPLIES TO YOUR EMAILS. Stay well clear of this company. SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT USE. AT YOUR PERIL.”

“Customer service has been extremely slow so will go elsewhere as we are running out of time (workmen can only wait so long). They have not responded to my query about exchanging the door locks we have ordered for a different size. This means that unfortunately I'm going to have to send back the door knobs and hinges as well as the locks I ordered because I have no locks to go with them. Exchanges also not available so we have to pay a large amount of money to send items back as a return (door furniture is very heavy).”

“WOuld give 0 stars if possible. Paid for an item which never arrived, courier issue required assistance from Handles4u who then proceeded to ignore all comms for nearly a month!!!!! The useless service team finally responded and clearly hadn't read any of the previous emails and then ignored everything after! What an awful company. DO NOT USE.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. My wife ordered several handles from this company, and they NEVER ARRIVED. They KEEP YOUR MONEY and DO NOT SEND THE GOODS. Their is NO CONTACT NUMBER, and they DO NOT ANSWER THIER EMAILS. I will be leaving BAD REVIEWS everywhere. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - ordered over £50+ worth of handles. NEVER ARRIVED. NO CONTACT PHONE NUMBER and they DO NOT ANSWER their emails. I WILL BE LEAVING BAD REVIEWS ON TRUST PILOT, GOOGLE etc etc. AS THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM”

“2nd time I ordered from these clowns as I needed the same switch plate and 2nd time was as bad as the first, no Sign of order for a week had to send an email to complain which wasn’t acknowledged the order was then sent out the following day I certainly wouldn’t bother, there are plenty of other suppliers out there that won’t turn a simple process in to a chore”

“I bought on their website on 10th November handles as was told 5 days they would be with me. Guess what I'm still waiting! Chased them up last week and told me they were out of stock! Gave me the option to cancel the order which I chose, didn't hear anymore until the following day when they told me they had shipped my order. That was four days ago and I still have not received my handles. No excuses poor communication I would no recommend or be shopping from them again!”
