Customer service has been extremely slow so will go elsewhere as we are running out of time (workmen can only wait so long). They have not responded to my query about exchanging the door locks we have ordered for a different size. This means that unfortunately I'm going to have to send back the door knobs and hinges as well as the locks I ordered because I have no locks to go with them. Exchanges also not available so we have to pay a large amount of money to send items back as a return (door furniture is very heavy).
