“LOOK AT TRUST PIOLT. 1* STAR EVERYWHERE. This company takes your money, but does NOT SEND OUT THE GOODS. The phone number is an answering machine, which tells you to email. NO ONE REPLIES TO YOUR EMAILS. Stay well clear of this company. SCAM SCAM SCAM”

“Order arrived completly wrong, two emails ignored, ended up having to use what they sent and had to order more. They can manage to take and send out new orders during Covid crisis, but can't communicate with their existing customers.”

“I have ordered some handles over 2 weeks and still haven’t arrived. No one is available to answer the phones and they are not responding to emails. No updates nothing”

“Amazing customer service from Sandy! She hunted me down to make sure that my order was accurate, calling, emailing, and leaving voicemails. I love the relentless customer focus! My door handles arrived next day and I love them! Prices are extremely reasonable too! Once again, hats off to Sandy for exemplary customer service! I'll be recommending this company to everyone!”

“Ordered some Black 150mm Parliament Hinges (The Anvil), which when arrived, although the box said 150mm they were only 125mm (Label Issue) Tom sorted this direct with the Anvil who replaced them with the correct Invoice the next day. Thank you, Tom, for excellent service. Vincent (Nottinghamshire)”

“Very disappointed with the products and service provided by Handles4U. I bought to sets of door handles, and paid over £5 for delivery. The handles arrived with abrasions all over them, probably a manufacturing defect. To return the product you have to find a form on the website (not easy), download and print it. I then had to arrange and pay for the return via a courier. After two weeks, received a refund only for the damaged item, but no refund for delivery. So I am £11 out of pocket and had to buy handles elsewhere. Handles4U don't answer phone calls or emails. I will definitely avoid this company in future.”

“Customer service has been extremely slow so will go elsewhere as we are running out of time (workmen can only wait so long). They have not responded to my query about exchanging the door locks we have ordered for a different size. This means that unfortunately I'm going to have to send back the door knobs and hinges as well as the locks I ordered because I have no locks to go with them. Exchanges also not available so we have to pay a large amount of money to send items back as a return (door furniture is very heavy).”

“WOuld give 0 stars if possible. Paid for an item which never arrived, courier issue required assistance from Handles4u who then proceeded to ignore all comms for nearly a month!!!!! The useless service team finally responded and clearly hadn't read any of the previous emails and then ignored everything after! What an awful company. DO NOT USE.”

“Very pleased with the solid brass handles and knobs I purchased for my kitchen. There was a delay but inderstandable given these difficult times. I changed order and communication was given consistently and they were happy to change order and refund was given. It did take some time but I put this down to unprecedented times. All in all the end result was worth the wait and the price was unmatched. I would recommend this company.”

“I bought on their website on 10th November handles as was told 5 days they would be with me. Guess what I'm still waiting! Chased them up last week and told me they were out of stock! Gave me the option to cancel the order which I chose, didn't hear anymore until the following day when they told me they had shipped my order. That was four days ago and I still have not received my handles. No excuses poor communication I would no recommend or be shopping from them again!”

“It’s been over a month since ordering, no handles, numerous e mails sent and not even the courtesy to reply. Terrible. Have had to request refund via PayPal. PayPal also is yet to receive a reply. Worst service I have ever had.”

“Site easy to navigate and descriptions clear. Excellent range- best prices and options I could find online for UK companies. Took a little while to arrive but I wasn't in too much of a hurry. Well packaged. Had to return an item and response to my query was very prompt and helpful. Will be buying more handles for my kitchen.”

“We ordered approx 250 pounds worth of hardware for all our internal doors and external door. The letter tidy was missing. I've emailed 3 times over the last 10 days but still haven't received any response or the letter tidy. Not worth the hassle.”
