“Absolutely appalling after service and communication. Appreciate the company is operating under unusual circumstances with the pandemic, however it is still possible to be clear upfront about what customers can expect in terms of delays, responses to enquiries etc. Plenty of other companies are in the same position and still managing to keep customers informed.”

“Handles4u sent a completely different and wrong handle. It bares no resemblance to the online photo. I Phoned them and an answer message states the phones are not being answered. Also They have not replied to my email advising them of the issue. In this competitive market place even with the current covid problem there is no excuse. Many many other companies during the last 6 months have got it right 1st time and maintain excellent comms by Phone. Thank goodness it’s only £16 I will loose. Therefor 1* rating from me”

“It’s been over a month since ordering, no handles, numerous e mails sent and not even the courtesy to reply. Terrible. Have had to request refund via PayPal. PayPal also is yet to receive a reply. Worst service I have ever had.”

“The handles were great, and great value, but when they arrived, the fixings hadn’t been sent (even though they were included and stated on the product information), and it was a quick trip to B&Q as we needed them that day.”

“Do not make the same mistake I did. Ordered more handles for my kitchen than needed. Luckily I did because they didn’t send me enough & the ones I had were faulty. I’ve emailed this company several times with no reply. Ended up having to re buy handles from a different provided. Which meant paying again. Avoid at all costs.”

“Emailed 3 times from 2 different email accounts I have to say they had sent the wrong handles (ordered right hand but box was labelled incorrectly & I received left hand). No response so far. Atrocious customer service. Steer clear is my advice! (Will be following up with credit card company for a full refund) Also ad is misleading as Handles are not Carlisle Brass brand”

“Sent wrong handles (left hand instead of right & not Carlisle Brass as led to believe in the ad). Sent 2 emails complaining, first as soon as the wrong product arrived. No reply. Have now forwarded same from another email address. I wonder what Trading Standards will make of this?”
