“I ordered 8 handles and they sent 7. Tried to ring them - answerphone. Email - no reply. Email again 4 days later - no reply yet! Not impressed so far.”

“I have not received my order it has been almost a month. Items were in stock when i ordered and back in stock recently. I still have not received my order. Sent over 5 emails and no reply beside auto message. Do not shop here as they are not even taking phone calls. I feel this company is fake they take your money and never send you your order and neither reply to your emails.”

“Do not buy from these crooks, they advertise stock they clearly do not have then are uncontactable when you try . Avoid them however cheap that are”

“I was told when I ordered the items it would be dispatched no later than 4 working days. The item still hasn't been dispatched 2 weeks on. I have emailed the company twice but had no response and you can't ring them as they blame covid for being unable to answer calls. So I gave no idea when or if my item will be delivered and unable to cancel the order for a refund. I feel the company is using covid as an excuse for poor customer service, 7 months on they should have adapted to take phonecalls away from the office if staff are working from home.”

“All other companies have staff answering the phone from their homes. This companydoes not and is absolutely uncontactable. There is a recordedtelephone message telling customers to contactonly by e mail. SO it took me ages to get a reply to my question about the product. Immedicately after ordering I realised there would be a problem so e mailed immediately to cancel order. E mail was not dealt with in time and so order arrived. Then things went from bad to worse; I have e mailed several times a week for 3 weeks for instructions about a return. As this is an extremely heavy cast iron order postage would be high and it was sent in error - I let them know in plenty of time. For three weeks this huge heavy box has sat on my kitchen floor and I can't get a reply or authorisation to send back!!!! Consequently my refund of over £175 is not in sight yet. Corona virus shouldn't be an excuse for not manning phones or replying to customers.BE WARNED”

“Placed an order on 27th September, received no communication on when I could expect my delivery. Chased up on 1st October, advised that some items were out of stock at to expect them around 6/7th October. Have emailed several times since with no response and still do not know when my order will be delivered and have postponed my carpenter twice. I appreciate that the covid situation has impacted all of us, especially businesses, however, it takes 2 minutes to send an email or make a call.”

“I placed an order 4 weeks ago which I still haven’t received. I have tried ringing about it but nobody is manning the phones. I have also email 3 times and no one has replied to any of my emails. The customer service for this company is nonexistent”
