“Delivery was dropped quite far. I was told couldn't find me but these is 24hour desk always porter there.”

“At the time I was asked to review the product, it still hadn't arrived. DPD have been absolutely useless. They lied: sent a 'we missed you' when I was in all day and no one rang the doorbell. Now I'm still waiting for the delivery to a locker after 5 days. If Handles4U want better reviews they need to use a different courier.”

“Misleading descriptions. Eg. Expensive items desribed as brass were in fact painted gold to look like brass. Ghastly products I never would have purchased had I known. Sandy suggested it was my mistake, so I would need to pay to return the items. Ignored emails.”

“I didn't receive my order after 8 days . I tried to contact them 3 times to ask about delivery time but no response.!!!! I'm still waiting for my parcel..!!!! I had to cancel my job and my client not happy for this fault which is not mine!! I even couldn't find any telephone number to contact them!!! It's really poor service”

“Whilst they gave a refund and collected the item through DPD the handles were not in perfect unmarked condition and had imperfections. Decided to get a refund rather than a replacement. Could not see faults on various photos sent. Customer service reply good.”

“Avoid!!! Nasty quality handles - Victoria scroll range (polished chrome) in particularly. They have barely lasted 9 months as they were ordered in February of this year. Initially thought to only be one or two handles which were replaced but now all handles demonstrating poor quality and despite spending £200 no response.”

“Goods look ok , but unfortunately the antique brass colour is very dark and not brass coloured. They have made RETURNS … VERY DIFFICULT… you have to print out their RETURNS FORM otherwise they say that they will not accept the returned item. Who has a printer !!!!!! Not us Ridiculous procedure,”

“Received an email after placing order that I would receive it within 1-2 days. Unfortunately after waiting a week with no delivery or notification I sent a email chasing up my order. Received a reply saying order being shipped out that day. Obviously they had forgot about the order. Order still not received!!”
