“This is a terrible company. The website is clunky and not user friendly, there is no contact phone number for any queries and when you send a message (several) they can't be bothered to answer them. Avoid.”

“I’m still waiting for a response to 4 emails and phone calls to address the issue of the wrong item being sent sent no I would not recommend handles4u - they are happy to take your money but not interested in after sales service”

“Ordered on 7.2.21 and stated on invoice that delivery would be between 3-5 days. Emailed on Monday to ask on delivery estimate - have heard nothing. 3 more subsequent emails sent. No response. Have taken money straight away. Shame of it is that everyone has commented how good products are and good quality - this is the first batch of many orders that we would have purchased for our house refurbishment. What a shame. If there is a genuine reason please tell us rather than us thinking we have been ripped off. (Plus we need to know if we need to order elsewhere) Order reference H4U4409800”

“Order delivered promptly but not as described so returned for refund. That's when the problems start. No reply to any emails and no refund either. Quick to accept an order but really poor customer service after that. Will keep trying to get my money back”

“I have tried to return some kitchen handles because they were not as they appeared on the website and have emailed the company 3 times to let them know and to request a refund but have not heard a single thing back. On the answer phone it explains they are working from home which is understandable but they seem to have got the order ok and sent out it straight away so why can't they respond to me in over a week, especially as there is no other way I can get in touch with them. Very poor customer treatment. I NEED SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME ASAP!”

“I received the item in very timely fashion. But when I had a problem I emailed customer service and received no reply. The item is proving to be difficult to install so I wished to return it but with out advice I am unable to do. I now have an item that is unusable and unreturnable.”

“"In stock" door handles weren't in stock. Ordered and paid for 3 latches, received 2 - informed seller of missing item, promised refund but 6 weeks later - still nothing!. Life too short, and I'm too busy, so chalking off to (bad) experience...”

“Very disappointed with the products and service provided by Handles4U. I bought to sets of door handles, and paid over £5 for delivery. The handles arrived with abrasions all over them, probably a manufacturing defect. To return the product you have to find a form on the website (not easy), download and print it. I then had to arrange and pay for the return via a courier. After two weeks, received a refund only for the damaged item, but no refund for delivery. So I am £11 out of pocket and had to buy handles elsewhere. Handles4U don't answer phone calls or emails. I will definitely avoid this company in future.”

“If I could give zero stars, I would. Absouelty shocking company. Item loks nothing like the photo and although they accept returns they insist the buyer has to pay the return postage (insured so is over £15). Terrible customer service and terrible products.”

“Dispatched my order through DHL with less than half of the address missing. No eircode and incorrect county. Ordered on the 7th of December and have only arrived today the 18th. I will not be using this company again. Customer service was poor. Enquired twice for tracking information and no help whatsoever.”

“I ordered 3 sets of door handles on the 27th of September, when they hadn't arrived we tried to contact the seller by phone (No one was answering there phones at all) so we emailed and eventually they replied stating these items were all out of stock, so we asked them to cancel the order & refund, which they did agree to do by email on (20/10/20) they never refunded and they are still not answering their phone. We have had to open a case with PAYPAL to get our money refunded!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME EFFORT OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY...ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!”
