“I purchased one handle prior to making full order. I was sent the wrong size and after emailing to advise Handles 4U more than a week ago, I’m still waiting for a response!”

“Was informed I could return my handles so I did so even tho I had to pay £13 re delivery charge, but when I contacted them to ask on my refund they explained I wasn’t entitled to one, I have been emailing ever since but no reply on next steps 8 months down the line no reply or conclusion on my handles or £80 refund! Awful service”

“Shoddy goods - first handle scratched, second and third handle pit marks - didnt bother with rest. Returns process poor. Have to advise you are to return and you have to pay return postage and they do not refund original post - a disgrace”

“I have had to chase this order by email that was ignored and then by telephone, when I spoke to a very helpful member of staff. It has still not arrived, two weeks after ordering, so sending a customer satisfaction survey before the products have arrived is not the best way to gain positive reviews.”

“This is a terrible company. The website is clunky and not user friendly, there is no contact phone number for any queries and when you send a message (several) they can't be bothered to answer them. Avoid.”

“Ordered on 7.2.21 and stated on invoice that delivery would be between 3-5 days. Emailed on Monday to ask on delivery estimate - have heard nothing. 3 more subsequent emails sent. No response. Have taken money straight away. Shame of it is that everyone has commented how good products are and good quality - this is the first batch of many orders that we would have purchased for our house refurbishment. What a shame. If there is a genuine reason please tell us rather than us thinking we have been ripped off. (Plus we need to know if we need to order elsewhere) Order reference H4U4409800”

“Order delivered promptly but not as described so returned for refund. That's when the problems start. No reply to any emails and no refund either. Quick to accept an order but really poor customer service after that. Will keep trying to get my money back”
