“Brought 10 hinges, unfortunately it’s came in pair so I received 20 hinges I requested many times to provide me returning address but seller fail to reply. I am not happy Thanks”

“Nothing arrived. It was claimed by the delivery company that they "tried" to deliver, but there is always someone at home. Handles4U do not answer emails, and there is no telephone line. I have paid but got nothing.”

“I can't review my purchase as it has not arrived. Waiting on further communication from Handles4 U. Delivery driver (DPD)supposedly left it outside my flat's main door on public road and not my flat door.”

“A extensive range of hardware available at competitive prices. However a firm that you can only contact by email and they do not reply. No interested in after sales at all. Come across these warehouse firms before on the internet. Will never buy from a firm that does not have a proper telephone sales team to talk to and sort out issues. Buyer beware as usual.”

“Unfortunately the wrong name was written on our parcel by handles4u, and this has resulted in to the parcel being delivered to the wrong person. Mistakes happen and we understand that, however Handles4u are now refusing to rectify this mistake by sending the product again (with the correct name on the delivery address). Very poor customer service, not taking responsibility or correcting their mistake. Very disappointed. Would avoid ordering from them for this reason.”

“Ordered 2 handles for a client on 06/06, no delivery or communication from Handles4U until I called on 16/06 (10 days later) to follow up. Apparently the handles were discontinued by their supplier, but they were happy to take our payment and did not think to update us or communicate this before we chased up. A full refund was obviously actioned within 3-5days, but we required these handles over a week ago and no solution other than a refund has been offered.”

“Poor Instructions and No Customer Support I ordered an overhead door closer, but the installation instructions were inaccurate—when fitted as directed, the unit sat 1cm too low and the arm couldn't move freely. Unfortunately, repositioning it higher isn't an option due to my door setup. I reached out to the company through their only available contact method (a web form), clearly explaining the issue and requesting a return. Weeks have passed with no response—no phone number, no live chat, no follow-up. Extremely disappointed in both the product guidance and complete lack of customer service. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.”

“I ordered the wrong handles by mistake and although I went over my returns timing I emailed them to explain my position and if I could return them and purchase the correct ones. Not even a courtesy call as a reply. Went elsewhere to purchase correct ones.”

“At the time I was asked to review the product, it still hadn't arrived. DPD have been absolutely useless. They lied: sent a 'we missed you' when I was in all day and no one rang the doorbell. Now I'm still waiting for the delivery to a locker after 5 days. If Handles4U want better reviews they need to use a different courier.”
