“Never received. I am in a large hotel with 24/7 reception, and their delivery service has LIED -- twice -- saying "package refused". You will NEVER receive the goods you need to complete your project.”

“Delivered the item promptly as required. However this item cannot be fitted because the collar around the rose is not detachable. I phoned zoo and they told me to use an offset screwdriver. Utter nonsense. I went to Franchi’s in Islington and they said the same as zoo. SDS however we’re up to speed and sold me one at twice the price- but it can be fitted. Crap”

“Purchased a test handle, went back on day after delivery to purchase 30 and the website recognised my IP address and increased price by 50%. Luckily we took the product code and found the same handle with another supplier online for the same price as it had been with Handles4U so purchased them through there…. Silly as they then lost £500 worth of sales due to greed.”

“Order process - good. Communication - good. Delivery average, waited in all day, got a message to say they had tried to deliver but no one was home - really! - Poor - re-delivered next day - packaged well, but incorrect colour of items in parcel. - Poor.”

“Wrong handles delivered and took a week. Accept this can happen but as chippy here to fit them in the kitchen -would nice to be able to phone the supplier. You can’t! So I have no idea how to plan. Very very frustrating”
