“They are very helpful and understanding, always providing information in a timely matter and going the extra mile. Their anti-hair loss supplements, derma stamp and caffeine shampoo have shown a real difference for me. They provide a lot of information on essential oils, such as rosemary oil and emu oil and other methods proven to work, that they don't sell themselves, so I do believe they have a genuine desire to help people, rather than draining your pockets. I need my pockets, please, spare them. I respect and am more willing to try any company that offers a money back guarantee if dissatisfied. It shows a real confidence in what they're doing.”

“I recently purchased the Growband. It was quite expensive for my current situation, but decided it was worth it if it's as effective as it purports to be, and I was given some confidence by their excellent satisfaction guarantee. It arrived quickly, well packaged, and in good condition. Unfortunately, after a few weeks use, the handle of the pump seemed to have broke. I reached out to their customer service Friday evening and Sarah replied first thing Monday morning. By Tuesday afternoon, they shipped me a replacement part, no hassle whatsoever, and it arrived on Thursday. Very impressed with and very grateful for their customer service. In a few months' time I hope to be able to say the same about their product!”

“I bought the GrowComb and am very happy with it. I received it the next day of my purchase. You feel the tingling sensation a lot so you presume it's working as intended. It is a bit too early to notice regrowth results but hairs are doing great ! If you suffer from a strong hair loss I would recommend to couple the comb with any sort of supplementation (natural dht blockers) or medication (low dose of finasteride).”

“I have seen a big difference when I started using Scalp Elixir, even on my eyebrows. I have always had thinning hair since being in middle school and this product does help growing new hairs and keeping my follicles healthy to keep the others growing stronger. As for customer service, I can't say enough about how they helped me out when my latest order was lost. Making a huge effort to send out a new order with no hesitation and making sure things were right in the end. Thank you for being so great and making a product that actually works!”

“My Growband had been faulty, whilst using it was leaking air. Sarah had kindly picked it up and dealt with the issue very quickly. I was given the option to have the product replaced or refunded. Outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend it!”

“Experience with hairguard products has been exceptional. Use of the shampoo and elixir has resulted in regrowth above my temples. Customer service second to none. However most of all I appreciate the top quality research on the hairguard youtube channel. Really is the best source of concise scientific knowledge on hairloss. If you watch all the videos you will have a holistic understanding mechanisms of action one should address in regards to hairloss.”

“My Growcomb was apparently stolen after it was delivered to the lobby of my apartment building. I contacted Hairguard support, and they were friendly, responded quickly, and sent a replacement (to a different address I provided them with). This could have been a hassle, which is the last thing you want when dealing with an expensive delivery. I will review again, after using the Growcomb for a while.”
