It was quite expensive for my current situation, but decided it was worth it if it's as effective as it purports to be, and I was given some confidence by their excellent satisfaction guarantee. It arrived quickly, well packaged, and in good condition. Unfortunately, after a few weeks use, the handle of the pump seemed to have broke. I reached out to their customer service Friday evening and Sarah replied first thing Monday morning. By Tuesday afternoon, they shipped me a replacement part, no hassle whatsoever, and it arrived on Thursday. Very impressed with and very grateful for their customer service. In a few months' time I hope to be able to say the same about their product!
