My Growcomb was apparently stolen after it was delivered to the lobby of my apartment building. I contacted Hairguard support, and they were friendly, responded quickly, and sent a replacement (to a different address I provided them with). This could have been a hassle, which is the last thing you want when dealing with an expensive delivery. I will review again, after using the Growcomb for a while.
