Hi Ken, not sure why you sent this message via the reviews, if Royal Mail have lost your order you should contact us directly to sort this, we do encourage you to do this. Just had a look at this and order was placed on a Sunday to ship from UK to Spain, not sure why it is regrettable that batteries have not yet arrived by the following Sunday, typically it takes 1.5 weeks on average from UK to Spain. Perhaps a more realistic appreciation of how long it takes for standard airmail small packets to arrive might be in order.... Regards Paul HAB Team

“The phone arrived safe and sound and at least in its test function is as good as you said it would be. (no-one) has phoned me yet! The only error was that I had said deliver to porters at 91a if I was not in but someone had written "Please leave with porter at Flat 9 if no answer" In fact it was re-delivered by the postoffice 2 days later. Thanks Brian Livingstone”

“I found the selection process for wax guards and domes a little daunting in the respect did I have the right type and size. Perhaps better diagrams or clearer pictures with dimensions may help, I assume that even if you have the make and model this does not guarantee the correct parts? Speed of delivery of goods was excellent.”

“The gentleman who did my hearing assessment was "Excellent". The receptionist at Clacton-On-Sea, Essex was also considerate and helpful. “I had the greatest difficulty in making contact with HAB as I can't remember having used this title previously. I tried so many suppliers all claiming to be the best and cheapest that I almost gave up. If I hadn't had this problem I would have scored you " Very Good ". “90% are excellent but you do ge the odd card of six in a batch which seems to have a very short use live some times less than half the use as the other batteries. Regards”
