“I needed a device that would augment my existng hearing aids, in small gatherings of 4 to 20 people in conference type settings. Unfortunately, I did not fully understand the description of a device, which I purchased, but realised when I received it, that it was not my solution. Dialogue with HAB was very full and went beyond what I might have expected. return and refund was not an isuue, and was prompt. I shall use them again.”

“This device streams audio from the tv to my hearing aids and the sound is very good. Turns my hearing aids into stereo headphones. Speech is much clearer. I needed a little help setting it up which was quickly given by Paul who had also assisted before I bought the device as I was worried there could be a lip sync problem but there isn't. The only thing I'm not happy about is the range of the device. If I go into my kitchen the streaming stops and I have to use the app on my phone to reconnect it when I return to the lounge. Same thing happens if the tv is paused for more than 30 seconds. I'm hoping to get more advice on this issue after the holidays.”

“Regretably my experience with Oticon has not been great. For a start I suffer badly from Menieres and it is known that the Cochlea in one of the ears is damaged. I dont get a clear hearing of words through my system and it is impossible to hear in speech when there is other background noses( traffic washing machine etc). The first time I was back at my consultant he put my aids back to base so to speak as I could not get the volume loud enough. About 1 month ago hearing in my left HA stopped working-was sent back and came back to me to say the ear mould was clogged with ear wax Once they were cleaned out the was a much better respose in my hearing needs and from them on all has been fine”
