“I have received my order in today's post and i am very happy with it ,the only negative thing i can say is the length of time it took to arrive and i understand that this is probably not down to The Hab Team but to the shipping of it. However as it came by airmail i still can't understand why it took so long to get here,apart from that i would be quite happy to order from you again and i would also recommend you to others. Thank you, Angela Davies.”

“The website was a bit complicated when trying to find the right product. The dimensions of the product I was looking at didn't match up to what I had, but after a short conversation with the helpline I arranged return of unopened erroneously ordered items for correct items. I am overall very pleased with the service. It was only a week between ordering items, returning them and receiving correct items. Will use again in future.”

“My first order arrived the following day but my second order which was completed on 30 Sep still has not arrived even though there were two working days AFTER 30th Sep. I hope they will arrive soon! Had they arrived as quickly as my first order, I would of course have given a Very Good rating.”

“I ordered and had very good communication to confirm the exact type of dome to order followed by a prompt despatch. One small "problem" was that I just ordered normal first class delivery but the package was sent as "Signed For" - the Royal Mail delivery man had to leave a card as we were both out and we then had to make a specific trip to the depot. We do leave a card out for deliveries to be left with a neighbour and our regular service postman does that, but "Signed For" deliverers are "not allowed"!! I shall just put a note on future orders for 1st Class to be OK.”

“Not actually used the purchased batteries/ear wax guards yet, but the duracell batteries were packaged like the dearer ones from my previous supplier and I have every expectation that they will work as well. Tom Digby”

“I am going abroad again, this time for 4 months, and the national health service will not give me any spare tubes or domes, which I am bound to need over such a time period, so thank goodness it is relatively straight forward to once again stock up with supplies through HAB.”
