“I get a fine service for hearing aid batteries. I would have preferred to be able to order some plastic domes at the same time, but the details/pictures on your website seemed to make it unclear to me whether they were available or would be the right type.”

“Our order - 2 Phonak's cordless phones - arrived very promptly & we had 1-2 queries about phone which you responded to immediately which was impressive. Only quibble about the phones ( Phonak's problem really) is that they don't have automatic answer phones inbuilt. You have to subscribe to BT ( in our case) 1571 answerphone - we are amazed & think this is a backward step. However the phones work very well for my very deaf husband & that is sole reason we bought them for.”
