“The item did work for me in the areas I wanted and was simple to set up as a person used to electronic gadgets and Bluetooth. I would use HAB again as was despatched fast and used Next-Day-Delivery, despite my not paying for fast postage!”

“I have been a HAB customer for some years now and continue to be most satisfied with the efficient service I receive. However my last order no 100077 was addressed to 2 School Pasture and not 4 as it clearly states on my order form. I just thought I would point this out, but it did not matter as we are very small group of houses in the country and have a postman who is intelligent and kind enough to correct this sort of error through his own initiative and deliver mail to where he knows addressees actually live.”

“Hearing aid receiver & wires arrived and work well. In ordering I failed to notice that the price was in pounds and are shipped from UK; I thought it was $! Another senior moment. Shipping from UK to USA was expensive and took 3 weeks (around Xmas).”

I'm sorry but I have to take exception to your comment, on the face of it it does seem bizarre. You ordered at 23.12pm on 23/12, 12 days ago and right on the cusp of Christmas. At best we say delivery by standard airmail (the method of shipping you chose) to the USA from the UK takes about a week and a half but the post at Christmas is always poor!!! You have reviewed us as a company based on the turnaround time of the postal system, and at this time of year. You have rated us in your words as 'very poor'??? I am sure your goods will be with you soon, maybe in the next few days, maybe longer, but if you find our service 'very poor' I'm sorry to have to say this I can't say your expectations are anything but unfeasibly and unreasonably high. If on reflection you feel you have been harsh I'll be pleased to email you a method to moderate your feedback, perhaps once your goods have arrived?

“I've been looking for replacement tubes for my NHS hearing aid for a while now. I bought some batteries from EBay and your flyer was included! Worked out what I wanted from you're website (not the easiest website in the world to navigate!) and ordered it. Job done!”

“Product finally ordered and received OK and in very good time. The problem I encountered was that my email enquiry prior to placing order was not answered positively. I wanted HAB correct item/part order number to be sure of receiving my items correct first time, this didn't happened but I took a chance on details I had and luckily I picked the right descrip[ion and all was well.”
