“Went yesterday and was greeted by a very nice lady audiologist, she was happy and friendly and we couldn’t have wished for a better reception. Everything about the procedure was explained. After the procedure both my ears were sorted and I could hear so much better. I would thoroughly recommend this company. 5 🌟”

“I ordered the wrong tubes for my hearing aid. I emailed them a picture of my hearing aid and they gave me advice on what tubing I needed. They swapped the tubes for the correct ones and very quickly. Will definitely be back to order again.”

“Great service, purchase was received by tracked 24 delivery. When I was unable to set the connector up, I telephoned and was talked through the process. When this didn't resolve the issue, they said to return the connector to be checked. They found a fault with the device and sent me a replacement by return. Happy to report all working fine. Thanks HAB”
